יְהוּדָ֜ה of Judah yə·hū·ḏāh יְרוּשָׁלִַ֗ם and Jerusalem , yə·rū·šā·lim וְהַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ as well as the priests wə·hak·kō·hă·nîm וְהַלְוִיִּ֔ם and the Levites — wə·hal·wî·yim וְכָל־ all wə·ḵāl הָעָ֖ם the people hā·‘ām קָטָ֑ן small qā·ṭān וְעַד־ and wə·‘aḏ- מִגָּד֣וֹל great — mig·gā·ḏō·wl בְאָזְנֵיהֶ֗ם and in their hearing ḇə·’ā·zə·nê·hem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיִּקְרָ֣א he read way·yiq·rā כָּל־ all kāl- דִּבְרֵי֙ the words diḇ·rê סֵ֣פֶר of the Book sê·p̄er הַבְּרִ֔ית of the Covenant hab·bə·rîṯ הַנִּמְצָ֖א that had been found han·nim·ṣā בֵּ֥ית in the house bêṯ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH .
