תִכְבֶּֽה׃ be quenched . ’ ṯiḵ·beh 2 Chronicles 34:26 וְאֶל־ But as for wə·’el- מֶ֣לֶךְ the king me·leḵ יְהוּדָ֗ה of Judah , yə·hū·ḏāh הַשֹּׁלֵ֤חַ who sent haš·šō·lê·aḥ אֶתְכֶם֙ you ’eṯ·ḵem לִדְר֣וֹשׁ to inquire liḏ·rō·wōš בַּֽיהוָ֔ה of YHWH , Yah·weh תֹאמְר֖וּ tell him ṯō·mə·rū אֵלָ֑יוס . . . ʾē·lå̄y·ws כֹּ֥ה that kōh כֹּֽה־ this is what kōh- יְהוָה֙ YHWH , Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵ֣י the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel , yiś·rā·’êl אָמַ֤ר says : ’ā·mar הַדְּבָרִ֖ים ‘ As for the words had·də·ḇā·rîm אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer שָׁמָֽעְתָּ׃ you heard , šā·mā·‘ə·tā 2 Chronicles 34:27 יַ֠עַן because ya·‘an לְבָ֨בְךָ֜ your heart lə·ḇā·ḇə·ḵā רַךְ־ was tender raḵ- וַתִּכָּנַ֣ע׀ and you humbled yourself wat·tik·kā·na‘ מִלִּפְנֵ֣י before mil·lip̄·nê אֱלֹהִ֗ים God ’ĕ·lō·hîm בְּשָׁמְעֲךָ֤ when you heard bə·šā·mə·‘ă·ḵā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- דְּבָרָיו֙ His words də·ḇā·rāw עַל־ against ‘al- הַזֶּה֙ this haz·zeh הַמָּק֤וֹם place ham·mā·qō·wm וְעַל־ and against wə·‘al- יֹ֣שְׁבָ֔יו its people , yō·šə·ḇāw וַתִּכָּנַ֣ע and because you have humbled yourself wat·tik·kā·na‘ לְפָנַ֔י before Me lə·p̄ā·nay וַתִּקְרַ֥ע and you have torn wat·tiq·ra‘ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּגָדֶ֖יךָ your clothes bə·ḡā·ḏe·ḵā וַתֵּ֣בְךְּ and wept wat·tê·ḇək לְפָנָ֑י before Me , lə·p̄ā·nāy וְגַם־ . . . wə·ḡam- אֲנִ֥י I ’ă·nî שָׁמַ֖עְתִּי have heard [you] , ’ šā·ma‘·tî נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH . Yah·weh 2 Chronicles 34:28 הִנְנִ֨י ‘ Now I will indeed hin·nî אֹֽסִפְךָ֜ gather ’ō·sip̄·ḵā אֶל־ you to ’el- אֲבֹתֶ֗יךָ your fathers , ’ă·ḇō·ṯe·ḵā וְנֶאֱסַפְתָּ֣ and you will be gathered wə·ne·’ĕ·sap̄·tā אֶל־ to ’el- קִבְרֹתֶיךָ֮ your grave qiḇ·rō·ṯe·ḵā בְּשָׁלוֹם֒ in peace . bə·šā·lō·wm עֵינֶ֔יךָ Your eyes ‘ê·ne·ḵā וְלֹא־ will not wə·lō- תִרְאֶ֣ינָה see ṯir·’e·nāh בְּכֹל֙ all bə·ḵōl הָֽרָעָ֔ה the calamity hā·rā·‘āh אֲשֶׁ֨ר that ’ă·šer אֲנִ֥י I ’ă·nî מֵבִ֛יא will bring mê·ḇî עַל־ on ‘al- הַזֶּ֖ה this haz·zeh הַמָּק֥וֹם place ham·mā·qō·wm וְעַל־ and on wə·‘al- יֹשְׁבָ֑יו its inhabitants . ’” yō·šə·ḇāw וַיָּשִׁ֥יבוּ So they brought way·yā·šî·ḇū אֶת־ her ’eṯ- דָּבָֽר׃פ answer dā·ḇār הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ back to the king . ham·me·leḵ 2 Chronicles 34:29 הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ Then the king ham·me·leḵ וַיִּשְׁלַ֖ח summoned way·yiš·laḥ וַיֶּאֱסֹ֕ף . . . way·ye·’ĕ·sōp̄ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- כָּל־ all kāl- זִקְנֵ֥י the elders ziq·nê יְהוּדָ֖ה of Judah yə·hū·ḏāh וִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ and Jerusalem . wî·rū·šā·lim 2 Chronicles 34:30 הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ And [he] ham·me·leḵ וַיַּ֣עַל went up way·ya·‘al בֵּית־ to the house bêṯ- יְ֠הוָה of YHWH Yah·weh וְכָל־ with all wə·ḵāl וְיֹשְׁבֵ֣י the people wə·yō·šə·ḇê אִ֨ישׁ - ’îš
