2 Chronicles 19:8 וְגַ֣ם Moreover , wə·ḡam יְהוֹשָׁפָ֜ט Jehoshaphat yə·hō·wō·šā·p̄āṭ הֶעֱמִ֨יד appointed he·‘ĕ·mîḏ בִּ֠ירוּשָׁלִַם in Jerusalem bî·rū·šā·lim מִן־ some of min- הַלְוִיִּ֣ם the Levites , hal·wî·yim וְהַכֹּהֲנִ֗ים priests , wə·hak·kō·hă·nîm וּמֵרָאשֵׁ֤י and heads ū·mê·rā·šê לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of the Israelite lə·yiś·rā·’êl הָאָבוֹת֙ families hā·’ā·ḇō·wṯ לְמִשְׁפַּ֥ט to judge lə·miš·paṭ יְהוָ֖ה on behalf of YHWH Yah·weh וְלָרִ֑יב and to settle disputes . wə·lā·rîḇ וַיָּשֻׁ֖בוּ And they lived way·yā·šu·ḇū יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ in Jerusalem . yə·rū·šā·lim 2 Chronicles 19:9 וַיְצַ֥ו He commanded them , way·ṣaw עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם . . . ‘ă·lê·hem לֵאמֹ֑ר saying , lê·mōr כֹּ֤ה . . . kōh תַעֲשׂוּן֙ “ You must serve ṯa·‘ă·śūn בֶּאֱמוּנָ֖ה faithfully be·’ĕ·mū·nāh שָׁלֵֽם׃ and wholeheartedly šā·lêm וּבְלֵבָ֥ב . . . ū·ḇə·lê·ḇāḇ בְּיִרְאַ֣ת in the fear bə·yir·’aṯ יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH . Yah·weh 2 Chronicles 19:10 וְכָל־ For every wə·ḵāl רִיב֩ dispute rîḇ אֲשֶׁר־ that ’ă·šer- יָב֨וֹא comes yā·ḇō·w עֲלֵיכֶ֜ם before you ‘ă·lê·ḵem מֵאֲחֵיכֶ֣ם׀ from your brothers mê·’ă·ḥê·ḵem הַיֹּשְׁבִ֣ים who dwell hay·yō·šə·ḇîm בְּעָרֵיהֶ֗ם in their cities — bə·‘ā·rê·hem בֵּֽין־ whether bên- דָּ֣ם׀ [it regards] bloodshed dām לְדָם֮ or some other violation lə·ḏām בֵּין־ of bên- תּוֹרָ֣ה law , tō·w·rāh לְמִצְוָה֮ commandments , lə·miṣ·wāh לְחֻקִּ֣ים statutes , lə·ḥuq·qîm וּלְמִשְׁפָּטִים֒ or ordinances — ū·lə·miš·pā·ṭîm וְהִזְהַרְתֶּ֣ם you are to warn them , wə·hiz·har·tem אֹתָ֔ם - ’ō·ṯām וְלֹ֤א so that they will not wə·lō יֶאְשְׁמוּ֙ incur guilt ye’·šə·mū לַיהוָ֔ה before YHWH Yah·weh קֶ֥צֶף and wrath qe·ṣep̄ וְהָֽיָה־ will not come wə·hā·yāh- עֲלֵיכֶ֖ם upon you ‘ă·lê·ḵem וְעַל־ and wə·‘al- אֲחֵיכֶ֑ם your brothers . ’ă·ḥê·ḵem תַעֲשׂ֖וּן Do ṯa·‘ă·śūn כֹּ֥ה this , kōh וְלֹ֥א and you will not wə·lō תֶאְשָֽׁמוּ׃ incur guilt . ṯe’·šā·mū 2 Chronicles 19:11 וְהִנֵּ֡ה Note that wə·hin·nêh אֲמַרְיָ֣הוּ Amariah , ’ă·mar·yā·hū הָרֹ֨אשׁ the chief hā·rōš כֹהֵן֩ priest , ḵō·hên עֲלֵיכֶ֜ם will be over you ‘ă·lê·ḵem לְכֹ֣ל in all lə·ḵōl דְּבַר־ that pertains də·ḇar- יְהוָ֗ה to YHWH , Yah·weh וּזְבַדְיָ֨הוּ and Zebadiah ū·zə·ḇaḏ·yā·hū בֶן־ son ḇen- יִשְׁמָעֵ֜אל of Ishmael , yiš·mā·‘êl הַנָּגִ֤יד the ruler han·nā·ḡîḏ לְבֵית־ of the house lə·ḇêṯ- יְהוּדָה֙ of Judah , yə·hū·ḏāh לְכֹ֣ל in all lə·ḵōl דְּבַר־ that pertains də·ḇar- הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ to the king . ham·me·leḵ הַלְוִיִּ֖ם And the Levites hal·wî·yim וְשֹׁטְרִ֥ים [will serve as] officers wə·šō·ṭə·rîm לִפְנֵיכֶ֑ם before you . lip̄·nê·ḵem וַעֲשׂ֔וּ Act wa·‘ă·śū חִזְק֣וּ resolutely ; ḥiz·qū יְהוָ֖ה may YHWH Yah·weh וִיהִ֥י be wî·hî עִם־ with ‘im- הַטּֽוֹב׃פ the upright !” haṭ·ṭō·wḇ 2 Chronicles 20:1 וַיְהִ֣י - way·hî אַֽחֲרֵיכֵ֡ן After this , ’a·ḥă·rê·ḵên בְנֵי־ the Moabites ḇə·nê- מוֹאָב֩ . . . mō·w·’āḇ וּבְנֵ֨י and Ammonites ū·ḇə·nê עַמּ֜וֹן . . . , ‘am·mō·wn
