נֶ֖גַע plague ne·ḡa‘ וְכָֽל־ [or] wə·ḵāl מַחֲלָֽה׃ sickness [may come] , ma·ḥă·lāh 2 Chronicles 6:29 כָּל־ then may whatever kāl- אֲשֶׁ֤ר - ’ă·šer תְּפִלָּ֣ה prayer tə·p̄il·lāh תְּחִנָּ֗ה or petition tə·ḥin·nāh כָל־ - ḵāl הָ֣אָדָ֔ם - hā·’ā·ḏām וּלְכֹ֖ל . . . ū·lə·ḵōl עַמְּךָ֣ Your people ‘am·mə·ḵā יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל Israel yiś·rā·’êl אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer יִהְיֶה֙ make yih·yeh לְכָל־ - — lə·ḵāl אִ֤ישׁ each ’îš יֵדְע֗וּ knowing yê·ḏə·‘ū נִגְעוֹ֙ his own niḡ·‘ōw וּמַכְאֹב֔וֹ afflictions ū·maḵ·’ō·ḇōw וּפָרַ֥שׂ and spreading out ū·p̄ā·raś כַּפָּ֖יו his hands kap·pāw אֶל־ toward ’el- הַזֶּֽה׃ this haz·zeh הַבַּ֥יִת temple — hab·ba·yiṯ 2 Chronicles 6:30 תִּשְׁמַ֨ע be heard tiš·ma‘ וְ֠אַתָּה by You wə·’at·tāh מִן־ from min- הַשָּׁמַ֜יִם heaven , haš·šā·ma·yim שִׁבְתֶּ֙ךָ֙ Your dwelling šiḇ·te·ḵā מְכ֤וֹן place . mə·ḵō·wn וְסָ֣לַחְתָּ֔ And may You forgive wə·sā·laḥ·tā וְנָתַתָּ֤ה and repay wə·nā·ṯat·tāh לָאִישׁ֙ each man lā·’îš כְּכָל־ according to all kə·ḵāl- דְּרָכָ֔יו his ways , də·rā·ḵāw אֲשֶׁ֥ר since ’ă·šer תֵּדַ֖ע You know tê·ḏa‘ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- לְבָב֑וֹ his heart — lə·ḇā·ḇōw כִּ֤י for kî אַתָּה֙ You ’at·tāh לְבַדְּךָ֣ alone lə·ḇad·də·ḵā יָדַ֔עְתָּ know yā·ḏa‘·tā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- לְבַ֖ב the hearts lə·ḇaḇ בְּנֵ֥י vvv bə·nê הָאָדָֽם׃ of men — hā·’ā·ḏām 2 Chronicles 6:31 לְמַ֣עַן so that lə·ma·‘an יִֽירָא֗וּךָ they may fear You yî·rā·’ū·ḵā לָלֶ֙כֶת֙ and walk lā·le·ḵeṯ בִּדְרָכֶ֔יךָ in Your ways biḏ·rā·ḵe·ḵā כָּל־ all kāl- הַ֨יָּמִ֔ים the days hay·yā·mîm אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- הֵ֥ם they hêm חַיִּ֖ים live ḥay·yîm עַל־ in ‘al- פְּנֵ֣י . . . pə·nê הָאֲדָמָ֑ה the land hā·’ă·ḏā·māh אֲשֶׁ֥ר that ’ă·šer נָתַ֖תָּה You gave nā·ṯat·tāh לַאֲבֹתֵֽינוּ׃ס to our fathers . la·’ă·ḇō·ṯê·nū 2 Chronicles 6:32 וְגַ֣ם And wə·ḡam אֶל־ as for ’el- הַנָּכְרִ֗י the foreigner han·nā·ḵə·rî אֲ֠שֶׁר who ’ă·šer לֹ֥א is not lō מֵעַמְּךָ֣ of Your people mê·‘am·mə·ḵā יִשְׂרָאֵל֮ Israel yiś·rā·’êl הוּא֒ . . . hū וּבָ֣א׀ but has come ū·ḇā רְחוֹקָ֗ה from a distant rə·ḥō·w·qāh מֵאֶ֣רֶץ land mê·’e·reṣ לְמַ֨עַן because of lə·ma·‘an הַגָּדוֹל֙ Your great hag·gā·ḏō·wl שִׁמְךָ֤ name šim·ḵā הַחֲזָקָ֔ה and Your mighty ha·ḥă·zā·qāh וְיָדְךָ֣ hand wə·yā·ḏə·ḵā הַנְּטוּיָ֑ה and outstretched han·nə·ṭū·yāh וּֽזְרֽוֹעֲךָ֖ arm — ū·zə·rō·w·‘ă·ḵā וּבָ֥אוּ when he comes ū·ḇā·’ū וְהִֽתְפַּלְל֖וּ and prays wə·hiṯ·pal·lū אֶל־ toward ’el- הַזֶּֽה׃ this haz·zeh הַבַּ֥יִת temple , hab·ba·yiṯ
