קוֹל־ voice . qō·wl- וּכְהָרִ֣ים They lifted up ū·ḵə·hā·rîm ק֠וֹל their voices , qō·wl בַּחֲצֹצְר֨וֹת accompanied by trumpets , ba·ḥă·ṣō·ṣə·rō·wṯ וּבִמְצִלְתַּ֜יִם cymbals , ū·ḇim·ṣil·ta·yim הַשִּׁ֗יר and musical haš·šîr וּבִכְלֵ֣י instruments , ū·ḇiḵ·lê וּבְהַלֵּ֤ל in praise ū·ḇə·hal·lêl לַיהוָה֙ to YHWH : Yah·weh כִּ֣י “ For kî ט֔וֹב He is good ; ṭō·wḇ כִּ֥י . . . kî חַסְדּ֑וֹ His loving devotion endures forever ḥas·dōw לְעוֹלָ֖ם . . . . ” lə·‘ō·w·lām וְהַבַּ֛יִת And the temple , wə·hab·ba·yiṯ בֵּ֥ית the house bêṯ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH , Yah·weh מָלֵ֥א was filled mā·lê עָנָ֖ן with a cloud ‘ā·nān 2 Chronicles 5:14 הַכֹּהֲנִ֛ים so that the priests hak·kō·hă·nîm וְלֹא־ could wə·lō- יָֽכְל֧וּ not yā·ḵə·lū לַעֲמ֥וֹד stand there la·‘ă·mō·wḏ לְשָׁרֵ֖ת to minister lə·šā·rêṯ מִפְּנֵ֣י because mip·pə·nê הֶעָנָ֑ן of the cloud ; he·‘ā·nān כִּֽי־ for kî- כְבוֹד־ the glory ḵə·ḇō·wḏ- יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מָלֵ֥א filled mā·lê בֵּ֥ית the house bêṯ הָאֱלֹהִֽים׃פ of God . hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm 2 Chronicles 6:1 אָ֖ז Then ’āz שְׁלֹמֹ֑ה Solomon šə·lō·mōh אָמַ֣ר declared : ’ā·mar יְהוָ֣ה “ YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֔ר has said ’ā·mar לִשְׁכּ֖וֹן that He would dwell liš·kō·wn בָּעֲרָפֶֽל׃ in the thick cloud ; bā·‘ă·rā·p̄el 2 Chronicles 6:2 וַֽאֲנִ֛י and I wa·’ă·nî בָּנִ֥יתִי have built bā·nî·ṯî לָ֑ךְ You lāḵ זְבֻ֖ל an exalted zə·ḇul בֵית־ house , ḇêṯ- וּמָכ֥וֹן a place ū·mā·ḵō·wn לְשִׁבְתְּךָ֖ for You to dwell lə·šiḇ·tə·ḵā עוֹלָמִֽים׃ forever . ” ‘ō·w·lā·mîm 2 Chronicles 6:3 וְכָל־ And as the whole wə·ḵāl קְהַ֥ל assembly qə·hal יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl עוֹמֵֽד׃ stood [there] , ‘ō·w·mêḏ הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ the king ham·me·leḵ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- פָּנָ֔יו - pā·nāw וַיַּסֵּ֤ב turned around way·yas·sêḇ וַיְבָ֕רֶךְ and blessed way·ḇā·reḵ אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ כָּל־ [them] all kāl- קְהַ֣ל . . . qə·hal יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל . . . yiś·rā·’êl 2 Chronicles 6:4 וַיֹּ֗אמֶר and said : way·yō·mer בָּר֤וּךְ “ Blessed [be] bā·rūḵ יְהוָה֙ YHWH , Yah·weh אֱלֹהֵ֣י the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel , yiś·rā·’êl אֲשֶׁר֙ [who] ’ă·šer מִלֵּ֖א has fulfilled mil·lê וּבְיָדָ֥יו with His own hand ū·ḇə·yā·ḏāw דִּבֶּ֣ר what He spoke dib·ber בְּפִ֔יו with His mouth bə·p̄îw אֵ֖ת to ’êṯ אָבִ֑י my father ’ā·ḇî דָּוִ֣יד David , dā·wîḏ לֵאמֹֽר׃ saying , lê·mōr 2 Chronicles 6:5 מִן־ ‘ Since min- הַיּ֗וֹם the day hay·yō·wm אֲשֶׁ֨ר - ’ă·šer הוֹצֵ֣אתִי I brought hō·w·ṣê·ṯî עַמִּי֮ My people ‘am·mî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מֵאֶ֣רֶץ out of the land mê·’e·reṣ
