לְעַמִּ֨י for My people lə·‘am·mî לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל Israel lə·yiś·rā·’êl וּנְטַעְתִּיו֙ and will plant them ū·nə·ṭa‘·tîw וְשָׁכַ֣ן so that they may dwell in wə·šā·ḵan תַּחְתָּ֔יו a place of their own taḥ·tāw יִרְגַּ֖ז and be disturbed yir·gaz וְלֹ֥א no wə·lō ע֑וֹד more . ‘ō·wḏ וְלֹֽא־ No wə·lō- יֹסִ֤יפוּ longer yō·sî·p̄ū בְנֵֽי־ will the sons ḇə·nê- עַוְלָה֙ of wickedness ‘aw·lāh לְעַנּוֹת֔וֹ oppress them lə·‘an·nō·w·ṯōw כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר as they did ka·’ă·šer בָּרִאשׁוֹנָֽה׃ at the beginning bā·ri·šō·w·nāh 2 Samuel 7:11 וּלְמִן־ and [have done] since ū·lə·min- הַיּ֗וֹם the day hay·yō·wm אֲשֶׁ֨ר - ’ă·šer צִוִּ֤יתִי I appointed ṣiw·wî·ṯî שֹֽׁפְטִים֙ judges šō·p̄ə·ṭîm עַל־ over ‘al- עַמִּ֣י My people ‘am·mî יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל Israel . yiś·rā·’êl וַהֲנִיחֹ֥תִי I will give you rest wa·hă·nî·ḥō·ṯî לְךָ֖ . . . lə·ḵā מִכָּל־ from all mik·kāl אֹיְבֶ֑יךָ your enemies . ’ō·yə·ḇe·ḵā יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh כִּי־ . . . kî- וְהִגִּ֤יד declares wə·hig·gîḏ לְךָ֙ to you lə·ḵā יְהוָֽה׃ that [He Himself] Yah·weh יַעֲשֶׂה־ will establish ya·‘ă·śeh- בַ֖יִת a house ḇa·yiṯ לְּךָ֥ for you . lə·ḵā 2 Samuel 7:12 כִּ֣י׀ And when kî יָמֶ֗יךָ your days yā·me·ḵā יִמְלְא֣וּ are fulfilled yim·lə·’ū וְשָֽׁכַבְתָּ֙ and you rest wə·šā·ḵaḇ·tā אֶת־ with ’eṯ- אֲבֹתֶ֔יךָ your fathers , ’ă·ḇō·ṯe·ḵā וַהֲקִימֹתִ֤י I will raise up wa·hă·qî·mō·ṯî אֶֽת־ - ’eṯ- זַרְעֲךָ֙ your descendant zar·‘ă·ḵā אַחֲרֶ֔יךָ after you , ’a·ḥă·re·ḵā אֲשֶׁ֥ר who ’ă·šer יֵצֵ֖א will come yê·ṣê מִמֵּעֶ֑יךָ from your own body , mim·mê·‘e·ḵā וַהֲכִינֹתִ֖י and I will establish wa·hă·ḵî·nō·ṯî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מַמְלַכְתּֽוֹ׃ his kingdom . mam·laḵ·tōw 2 Samuel 7:13 ה֥וּא He hū יִבְנֶה־ will build yiḇ·neh- בַּ֖יִת a house ba·yiṯ לִשְׁמִ֑י for My Name , liš·mî וְכֹנַנְתִּ֛י and I will establish wə·ḵō·nan·tî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- כִּסֵּ֥א the throne kis·sê מַמְלַכְתּ֖וֹ of his kingdom mam·laḵ·tōw עַד־ forever ‘aḏ- עוֹלָֽם׃ . . . . ‘ō·w·lām 2 Samuel 7:14 אֲנִי֙ I ’ă·nî אֶהְיֶה־ will be ’eh·yeh- לּ֣וֹ his lōw לְאָ֔ב Father , lə·’āḇ וְה֖וּא and he wə·hū יִהְיֶה־ will be yih·yeh- לִּ֣י My lî לְבֵ֑ן son . lə·ḇên אֲשֶׁר֙ When ’ă·šer בְּהַ֣עֲוֺת֔וֹ he does wrong , bə·ha·‘ă·wō·ṯōw וְהֹֽכַחְתִּיו֙ I will discipline him wə·hō·ḵaḥ·tîw בְּשֵׁ֣בֶט with the rod bə·šê·ḇeṭ אֲנָשִׁ֔ים of men ’ă·nā·šîm וּבְנִגְעֵ֖י and with the blows ū·ḇə·niḡ·‘ê בְּנֵ֥י of the sons bə·nê אָדָֽם׃ of men . ’ā·ḏām 2 Samuel 7:15 וְחַסְדִּ֖י But My loving devotion wə·ḥas·dî לֹא־ will never lō- יָס֣וּר be removed from him yā·sūr כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר as ka·’ă·šer הֲסִרֹ֙תִי֙ I removed hă·si·rō·ṯî מִמֶּ֑נּוּ it from mim·men·nū מֵעִ֣ם . . . mê·‘im שָׁא֔וּל Saul , šā·’ūl
