Ruth 3:11 וְעַתָּ֗ה And now wə·‘at·tāh אַל־ do not ’al- תִּ֣ירְאִ֔י be afraid , tî·rə·’î בִּתִּי֙ my daughter . bit·tî אֶֽעֱשֶׂה־ I will do ’e·‘ĕ·śeh- לָּ֑ךְ for you lāḵ כֹּ֥ל whatever kōl אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- תֹּאמְרִ֖י you request , tō·mə·rî כִּ֤י since kî כָּל־ all kāl- עַמִּ֔י my fellow townspeople ‘am·mî שַׁ֣עַר . . . ša·‘ar יוֹדֵ֙עַ֙ know yō·w·ḏê·a‘ כִּ֛י that kî אָֽתְּ׃ you ’āt אֵ֥שֶׁת are a woman ’ê·šeṯ חַ֖יִל of noble character . ḥa·yil Ruth 3:12 וְעַתָּה֙ - wə·‘at·tāh כִּ֣י Yes , kî אָמְנָ֔ם it is true ’ā·mə·nām כִּ֥י that kî אָנֹ֑כִי I [am] ’ā·nō·ḵî אם m גֹאֵ֖ל a kinsman-redeemer , ḡō·’êl וְגַ֛ם but wə·ḡam יֵ֥שׁ there is yêš גֹּאֵ֖ל a redeemer gō·’êl קָר֥וֹב nearer qā·rō·wḇ מִמֶּֽנִּי׃ than I . mim·men·nî Ruth 3:13 לִ֣ינִי׀ Stay here tonight lî·nî הַלַּ֗יְלָה . . . , hal·lay·lāh וְהָיָ֤ה . . . wə·hā·yāh בַבֹּ֙קֶר֙ and in the morning , ḇab·bō·qer אִם־ if ’im- יִגְאָלֵ֥ךְ he wants to redeem you , yiḡ·’ā·lêḵ טוֹב֙ good . ṭō·wḇ יִגְאָ֔ל Let him redeem you . yiḡ·’āl וְאִם־ But if wə·’im- לֹ֨א he does not lō יַחְפֹּ֧ץ want yaḥ·pōṣ לְגָֽאֳלֵ֛ךְ to redeem you , lə·ḡā·’o·lêḵ יְהוָ֑ה as surely as YHWH Yah·weh חַי־ lives , ḥay- אָנֹ֖כִי I ’ā·nō·ḵî וּגְאַלְתִּ֥יךְ will . ū·ḡə·’al·tîḵ שִׁכְבִ֖י Now lie here šiḵ·ḇî עַד־ until ‘aḏ- הַבֹּֽקֶר׃ morning . ” hab·bō·qer Ruth 3:14 וַתִּשְׁכַּ֤ב So she lay down wat·tiš·kaḇ מַרְגְּלֹתָו at his feet mar·gə·lō·ṯå̄w עַד־ until ‘aḏ- הַבֹּ֔קֶר morning , hab·bō·qer וַתָּ֕קָם but she got up wat·tā·qām בִּטְרוֹם before biṭ·rōm אִ֖ישׁ anyone ’îš אֶת־ - ’eṯ- רֵעֵ֑הוּ else rê·‘ê·hū יַכִּ֥יר could recognize her . yak·kîr וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ Then Boaz said , way·yō·mer אַל־ “ Do not ’al- יִוָּדַ֔ע let it be known yiw·wā·ḏa‘ כִּי־ that kî- הָאִשָּׁ֖ה a woman hā·’iš·šāh בָ֥אָה came ḇā·’āh הַגֹּֽרֶן׃ to the threshing floor . ” hag·gō·ren Ruth 3:15 וַיֹּ֗אמֶר And he told her , way·yō·mer הָ֠בִי “ Bring hā·ḇî הַמִּטְפַּ֧חַת the shawl ham·miṭ·pa·ḥaṯ אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- עָלַ֛יִךְ you are wearing ‘ā·la·yiḵ וְאֶֽחֳזִי־ and hold wə·’e·ḥo·zî- בָ֖הּ it out . ” ḇāh וַתֹּ֣אחֶז When she [did so] wat·tō·ḥez בָּ֑הּ . . . , bāh וַיָּ֤מָד he shoveled way·yā·māḏ וַיָּ֣שֶׁת . . . way·yā·šeṯ שֵׁשׁ־ six [measures] šêš- שְׂעֹרִים֙ of barley śə·‘ō·rîm עָלֶ֔יהָ into her shawl . ‘ā·le·hā וַיָּבֹ֖א Then he went way·yā·ḇō הָעִֽיר׃ into the city . hā·‘îr Ruth 3:16 וַתָּבוֹא֙ When Ruth returned wat·tā·ḇō·w אֶל־ to ’el-
