וּבִתֶּ֙ךָ֙ and daughters , ū·ḇit·te·ḵā וְעַבְדְּךָ֣ your menservants wə·‘aḇ·də·ḵā וַאֲמָתֶ֔ךָ and maidservants , wa·’ă·mā·ṯe·ḵā וְהַלֵּוִ֗י and the Levite , wə·hal·lê·wî וְהַגֵּ֛ר as well as the foreigner , wə·hag·gêr וְהַיָּת֥וֹם the fatherless , wə·hay·yā·ṯō·wm וְהָאַלְמָנָ֖ה and the widows wə·hā·’al·mā·nāh אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer בִּשְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃ among you . biš·‘ā·re·ḵā Deuteronomy 16:15 שִׁבְעַ֣ת For seven šiḇ·‘aṯ יָמִ֗ים days yā·mîm תָּחֹג֙ you shall celebrate a feast tā·ḥōḡ לַיהוָ֣ה to YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā בַּמָּק֖וֹם in the place bam·mā·qō·wm אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- יְהוָ֑ה He Yah·weh יִבְחַ֣ר will choose , yiḇ·ḥar כִּ֣י because kî יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā יְבָרֶכְךָ֞ will bless yə·ḇā·reḵ·ḵā בְּכֹ֤ל you in all bə·ḵōl תְּבוּאָֽתְךָ֙ your produce tə·ḇū·’ā·ṯə·ḵā וּבְכֹל֙ and in all ū·ḇə·ḵōl מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה the work ma·‘ă·śêh יָדֶ֔יךָ of your hands , yā·ḏe·ḵā שָׂמֵֽחַ׃ so that your joy śā·mê·aḥ וְהָיִ֖יתָ will be wə·hā·yî·ṯā אַ֥ךְ complete . ’aḵ Deuteronomy 16:16 שָׁל֣וֹשׁ Three šā·lō·wōš פְּעָמִ֣ים׀ times pə·‘ā·mîm בַּשָּׁנָ֡ה a year baš·šā·nāh כָל־ all ḵāl זְכוּרְךָ֜ your men zə·ḵū·rə·ḵā אֶת־ . . . ’eṯ- יֵרָאֶ֨ה are to appear yê·rā·’eh פְּנֵ֣י׀ before pə·nê יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā בַּמָּקוֹם֙ in the place bam·mā·qō·wm אֲשֶׁ֣ר - ’ă·šer יִבְחָ֔ר He will choose : yiḇ·ḥār בְּחַ֧ג at the Feast bə·ḥaḡ הַמַּצּ֛וֹת of Unleavened Bread , ham·maṣ·ṣō·wṯ וּבְחַ֥ג the Feast ū·ḇə·ḥaḡ הַשָּׁבֻע֖וֹת of Weeks , haš·šā·ḇu·‘ō·wṯ וּבְחַ֣ג and the Feast ū·ḇə·ḥaḡ הַסֻּכּ֑וֹת of Tabernacles . has·suk·kō·wṯ וְלֹ֧א No one wə·lō יֵרָאֶ֛ה should appear yê·rā·’eh אֶת־ . . . ’eṯ- פְּנֵ֥י before pə·nê יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh רֵיקָֽם׃ empty-handed . rê·qām Deuteronomy 16:17 אִ֖ישׁ Everyone ’îš כְּמַתְּנַ֣ת must appear with a gift kə·mat·tə·naṯ יָד֑וֹ as he is able , yā·ḏōw כְּבִרְכַּ֛ת according to the blessing kə·ḇir·kaṯ יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer נָֽתַן־ has given nā·ṯan- לָֽךְ׃ס you . lāḵ Deuteronomy 16:18 תִּֽתֶּן־ You are to appoint tit·ten- לְךָ֙ lə·ḵā שֹׁפְטִ֣ים judges šō·p̄ə·ṭîm וְשֹֽׁטְרִ֗ים and officials wə·šō·ṭə·rîm לִשְׁבָטֶ֑יךָ for your tribes liš·ḇā·ṭe·ḵā בְּכָל־ in every bə·ḵāl שְׁעָרֶ֔יךָ town šə·‘ā·re·ḵā אֲשֶׁ֨ר that ’ă·šer יְהוָ֧ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ your God ’ĕ·lō·he·ḵā נֹתֵ֥ן is giving nō·ṯên לְךָ֖ you . lə·ḵā וְשָׁפְט֥וּ They are to judge wə·šā·p̄ə·ṭū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָעָ֖ם the people hā·‘ām צֶֽדֶק׃ with righteous ṣe·ḏeq מִשְׁפַּט־ judgment . miš·paṭ- Deuteronomy 16:19 לֹא־ Do not lō- תַטֶּ֣ה deny ṯaṭ·ṭeh מִשְׁפָּ֔ט justice miš·pāṭ תַכִּ֖יר or show partiality ṯak·kîr
