וַיֹּ֣אמֶר said , way·yō·mer זֶ֧ה “ This zeh הַדָּבָ֛ר . . . had·dā·ḇār אֲשֶׁר־ is what ’ă·šer- יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh צִוָּ֥ה has commanded ṣiw·wāh תַּעֲשׂ֑וּ you to do , ta·‘ă·śū כְּב֥וֹד so that the glory kə·ḇō·wḏ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH Yah·weh וְיֵרָ֥א may appear wə·yê·rā אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם to you . ” ’ă·lê·ḵem Leviticus 9:7 מֹשֶׁ֜ה Then Moses mō·šeh וַיֹּ֨אמֶר said way·yō·mer אֶֽל־ to ’el- אַהֲרֹ֗ן Aaron , ’a·hă·rōn קְרַ֤ב “ Approach qə·raḇ אֶל־ . . . ’el- הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ the altar ham·miz·bê·aḥ וַעֲשֵׂ֞ה and sacrifice wa·‘ă·śêh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- חַטָּֽאתְךָ֙ your sin offering ḥaṭ·ṭā·ṯə·ḵā וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- עֹ֣לָתֶ֔ךָ and your burnt offering ‘ō·lā·ṯe·ḵā וְכַפֵּ֥ר to make atonement wə·ḵap·pêr בַּֽעַדְךָ֖ for yourself ba·‘aḏ·ḵā וּבְעַ֣ד and for ū·ḇə·‘aḏ הָעָ֑ם the people . hā·‘ām וַעֲשֵׂ֞ה And sacrifice wa·‘ă·śêh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָעָם֙ the people’s hā·‘ām קָרְבַּ֤ן offering qā·rə·ban וְכַפֵּ֣ר to make atonement wə·ḵap·pêr בַּֽעֲדָ֔ם for them , ba·‘ă·ḏām כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר as ka·’ă·šer יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH Yah·weh צִוָּ֥ה has commanded . ” ṣiw·wāh Leviticus 9:8 אַהֲרֹ֖ן So Aaron ’a·hă·rōn אֶל־ . . . ’el- וַיִּקְרַ֥ב approached way·yiq·raḇ הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ the altar ham·miz·bê·aḥ וַיִּשְׁחַ֛ט and slaughtered way·yiš·ḥaṭ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עֵ֥גֶל the calf ‘ê·ḡel הַחַטָּ֖את as a sin offering ha·ḥaṭ·ṭāṯ אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- לֽוֹ׃ for himself . lōw Leviticus 9:9 אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּנֵ֨י The sons bə·nê אַהֲרֹ֣ן of Aaron ’a·hă·rōn וַ֠יַּקְרִבוּ brought way·yaq·ri·ḇū הַדָּם֮ the blood had·dām אֵלָיו֒ to him , ’ê·lāw וַיִּטְבֹּ֤ל and he dipped way·yiṭ·bōl אֶצְבָּעוֹ֙ his finger ’eṣ·bā·‘ōw בַּדָּ֔ם in the blood bad·dām וַיִּתֵּ֖ן and applied way·yit·tên עַל־ it to ‘al- קַרְנ֣וֹת the horns qar·nō·wṯ הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ of the altar . ham·miz·bê·aḥ וְאֶת־ And wə·’eṯ- יָצַ֔ק he poured out yā·ṣaq הַדָּ֣ם the rest of the blood had·dām אֶל־ at ’el- יְס֖וֹד the base yə·sō·wḏ הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃ of the altar . ham·miz·bê·aḥ Leviticus 9:10 וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חָה On the altar ham·miz·bê·ḥāh הִקְטִ֖יר he burned hiq·ṭîr הַחֵ֨לֶב the fat , ha·ḥê·leḇ וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַכְּלָיֹ֜ת the kidneys , hak·kə·lā·yōṯ וְאֶת־ and wə·’eṯ- הַיֹּתֶ֤רֶת the lobe hay·yō·ṯe·reṯ מִן־ of min- הַכָּבֵד֙ the liver hak·kā·ḇêḏ מִן־ from min- הַ֣חַטָּ֔את the sin offering , ha·ḥaṭ·ṭāṯ כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר as ka·’ă·šer יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- צִוָּ֥ה had commanded ṣiw·wāh מֹשֶֽׁה׃ Moses . mō·šeh Leviticus 9:11 וְאֶת־ But wə·’eṯ- שָׂרַ֣ף he burned up śā·rap̄ בָּאֵ֔שׁ . . . bā·’êš
