Exodus 40:15 וּמָשַׁחְתָּ֣ Anoint ū·mā·šaḥ·tā אֹתָ֗ם them ’ō·ṯām כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר just as ka·’ă·šer מָשַׁ֙חְתָּ֙ you anointed mā·šaḥ·tā אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אֲבִיהֶ֔ם their father , ’ă·ḇî·hem וְכִהֲנ֖וּ so that they may also serve Me as priests wə·ḵi·hă·nū לִ֑י . lî מָשְׁחָתָ֛ם Their anointing mā·šə·ḥā·ṯām וְ֠הָיְתָה will qualify wə·hā·yə·ṯāh לִהְיֹ֨ת lih·yōṯ לָהֶ֧ם them lā·hem עוֹלָ֖ם for a permanent ‘ō·w·lām לִכְהֻנַּ֥ת priesthood liḵ·hun·naṯ לְדֹרֹתָֽם׃ throughout their generations . ” lə·ḏō·rō·ṯām Exodus 40:16 מֹשֶׁ֑ה Moses mō·šeh וַיַּ֖עַשׂ did way·ya·‘aś כְּ֠כֹל everything kə·ḵōl אֲשֶׁ֨ר just as ’ă·šer יְהוָ֛ה YHWH Yah·weh אֹת֖וֹ - ’ō·ṯōw כֵּ֥ן - kên עָשָֽׂה׃ס . . . ‘ā·śāh צִוָּ֧ה had commanded him . ṣiw·wāh Exodus 40:17 וַיְהִ֞י So way·hî הַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃ the tabernacle ham·miš·kān הוּקַ֖ם was set up hū·qam בְּאֶחָ֣ד on the first bə·’e·ḥāḏ לַחֹ֑דֶשׁ day la·ḥō·ḏeš הָרִאשׁ֛וֹן of the first hā·ri·šō·wn בַּחֹ֧דֶשׁ month ba·ḥō·ḏeš הַשֵּׁנִ֖ית of the second haš·šê·nîṯ בַּשָּׁנָ֥ה year . baš·šā·nāh Exodus 40:18 מֹשֶׁ֜ה When Moses mō·šeh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיָּ֨קֶם set up way·yā·qem הַמִּשְׁכָּ֗ן the tabernacle , ham·miš·kān וַיִּתֵּן֙ he laid way·yit·tên אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אֲדָנָ֔יו its bases , ’ă·ḏā·nāw וַיָּ֙שֶׂם֙ positioned way·yā·śem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- קְרָשָׁ֔יו its frames , qə·rā·šāw וַיִּתֵּ֖ן inserted way·yit·tên אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּרִיחָ֑יו its crossbars , bə·rî·ḥāw וַיָּ֖קֶם and set up way·yā·qem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עַמּוּדָֽיו׃ its posts . ‘am·mū·ḏāw Exodus 40:19 וַיִּפְרֹ֤שׂ Then he spread way·yip̄·rōś אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָאֹ֙הֶל֙ the tent hā·’ō·hel עַל־ over ‘al- הַמִּשְׁכָּ֔ן the tabernacle ham·miš·kān וַיָּ֜שֶׂם and put way·yā·śem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מִכְסֵ֥ה the covering miḵ·sêh הָאֹ֛הֶל over the tent hā·’ō·hel עָלָ֖יו . . . ‘ā·lāw מִלְמָ֑עְלָה . . . , mil·mā·‘ə·lāh כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר just as ka·’ă·šer יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- צִוָּ֥ה had commanded ṣiw·wāh מֹשֶֽׁה׃ס [him] . mō·šeh Exodus 40:20 וַיִּקַּ֞ח Moses took way·yiq·qaḥ הָעֵדֻת֙ the Testimony hā·‘ê·ḏuṯ וַיִּתֵּ֤ן and placed way·yit·tên אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אֶל־ it in ’el- הָ֣אָרֹ֔ן the ark , hā·’ā·rōn וַיָּ֥שֶׂם attaching way·yā·śem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַבַּדִּ֖ים the poles hab·bad·dîm עַל־ to ‘al- הָאָרֹ֑ן the ark ; hā·’ā·rōn וַיִּתֵּ֧ן and he set way·yit·tên אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַכַּפֹּ֛רֶת the mercy seat hak·kap·pō·reṯ עַל־ atop ‘al- מִלְמָֽעְלָה׃ . . . mil·mā·‘ə·lāh הָאָרֹ֖ן the ark . hā·’ā·rōn
