Ezekiel 41:26 אֲטֻמ֤וֹת There were beveled ’ă·ṭu·mō·wṯ וְחַלּוֹנִ֨ים windows wə·ḥal·lō·w·nîm וְתִֽמֹרִים֙ and palm trees wə·ṯi·mō·rîm מִפּ֣וֹ vvv mip·pōw וּמִפּ֔וֹ . . . ū·mip·pōw אֶל־ on ’el- כִּתְפ֖וֹת the sidewalls kiṯ·p̄ō·wṯ הָֽאוּלָ֑ם of the portico . hā·’ū·lām וְצַלְע֥וֹת The side rooms wə·ṣal·‘ō·wṯ הַבַּ֖יִת of the temple hab·ba·yiṯ וְהָעֻבִּֽים׃ also had canopies . wə·hā·‘ub·bîm Ezekiel 42:1 וַיּוֹצִאֵ֗נִי Then the man led me out way·yō·w·ṣi·’ê·nî הַדֶּ֖רֶךְ vvv had·de·reḵ דֶּ֣רֶךְ vvv de·reḵ הַצָּפ֑וֹן northward haṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wn אֶל־ into ’el- הַחִ֣יצוֹנָ֔ה the outer ha·ḥî·ṣō·w·nāh הֶֽחָצֵר֙ court , he·ḥā·ṣêr וַיְבִאֵ֣נִי and he brought me way·ḇi·’ê·nî אֶל־ to ’el- הַלִּשְׁכָּ֗ה the group of chambers hal·liš·kāh אֲשֶׁ֨ר - ’ă·šer נֶ֧גֶד opposite ne·ḡeḏ הַגִּזְרָ֛ה the temple courtyard hag·giz·rāh וַאֲשֶֽׁר־ - wa·’ă·šer- נֶ֥גֶד and ne·ḡeḏ הַבִּנְיָ֖ן the [outer wall] hab·bin·yān אֶל־ on ’el- הַצָּפֽוֹן׃ the north side . haṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wn Ezekiel 42:2 אֶל־ ’el- פְּנֵי־ pə·nê- אֹ֙רֶךְ֙ The building ’ō·reḵ פֶּ֖תַח with the door pe·ṯaḥ הַצָּפ֑וֹן facing north haṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wn הַמֵּאָ֔ה [was] a hundred ham·mê·’āh אַמּ֣וֹת cubits ’am·mō·wṯ וְהָרֹ֖חַב long wə·hā·rō·ḥaḇ חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים [and] fifty ḥă·miš·šîm אַמּֽוֹת׃ cubits wide . ’am·mō·wṯ Ezekiel 42:3 אַתִּ֥יק Gallery ’at·tîq אֶל־ vvv ’el- פְּנֵֽי־ faced pə·nê- אַתִּ֖יק gallery ’at·tîq בַּשְּׁלִשִֽׁים׃ in three levels baš·šə·li·šîm נֶ֣גֶד opposite ne·ḡeḏ הָֽעֶשְׂרִ֗ים the twenty [cubits] hā·‘eś·rîm אֲשֶׁר֙ that ’ă·šer הַפְּנִימִ֔י belonged to the inner hap·pə·nî·mî לֶחָצֵ֣ר court le·ḥā·ṣêr וְנֶ֣גֶד and opposite wə·ne·ḡeḏ רִֽצְפָ֔ה the pavement riṣ·p̄āh אֲשֶׁ֖ר that ’ă·šer הַחִֽיצוֹנָ֑ה belonged to the outer ha·ḥî·ṣō·w·nāh לֶחָצֵ֣ר court . le·ḥā·ṣêr Ezekiel 42:4 וְלִפְנֵ֨י In front wə·lip̄·nê הַלְּשָׁכ֜וֹת of the chambers hal·lə·šā·ḵō·wṯ מַהֲלַךְ֩ [was] an inner walkway ma·hă·laḵ אֶל־ . . . ’el- הַפְּנִימִ֔ית . . . hap·pə·nî·mîṯ עֶ֨שֶׂר ten ‘e·śer אַמּ֥וֹת cubits ’am·mō·wṯ רֹ֙חַב֙ wide rō·ḥaḇ אֶחָ֑ת and a [hundred] ’e·ḥāṯ אַמָּ֣ה cubits ’am·māh דֶּ֖רֶךְ long . de·reḵ וּפִתְחֵיהֶ֖ם Their doors ū·p̄iṯ·ḥê·hem לַצָּפֽוֹן׃ were on the north . laṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wn Ezekiel 42:5 הָעֶלְיוֹנֹ֖ת Now the upper hā·‘el·yō·w·nōṯ וְהַלְּשָׁכ֥וֹת chambers wə·hal·lə·šā·ḵō·wṯ קְצֻר֑וֹת [were] smaller qə·ṣu·rō·wṯ כִּֽי־ because kî- אַתִּיקִ֜ים the galleries ’at·tî·qîm יוֹכְל֨וּ took more space yō·wḵ·lū מֵהֵ֗נָה from the chambers mê·hê·nāh מֵֽהַתַּחְתֹּנ֛וֹת on the lower mê·hat·taḥ·tō·nō·wṯ וּמֵהַתִּֽכֹנ֖וֹת and middle floors ū·mê·hat·ti·ḵō·nō·wṯ בִּנְיָֽן׃ of the building . bin·yān Ezekiel 42:6 כִּ֤י For kî הֵ֔נָּה they hên·nāh מְשֻׁלָּשׁוֹת֙ were arranged in three stories , mə·šul·lā·šō·wṯ כְּעַמּוּדֵ֖י and unlike kə·‘am·mū·ḏê הַחֲצֵר֑וֹת the courts , ha·ḥă·ṣê·rō·wṯ
