אֶ֨בֶן stone ’e·ḇen מְסֻכָתֶ֙ךָ֙ adorned you : mə·su·ḵā·ṯe·ḵā אֹ֣דֶם ruby , ’ō·ḏem פִּטְדָ֞ה topaz , piṭ·ḏāh וְיָהֲלֹ֗ם and diamond , wə·yā·hă·lōm תַּרְשִׁ֥ישׁ beryl , tar·šîš שֹׁ֙הַם֙ onyx , šō·ham וְיָ֣שְׁפֵ֔ה and jasper , wə·yā·šə·p̄êh סַפִּ֣יר sapphire , sap·pîr נֹ֔פֶךְ turquoise , nō·p̄eḵ וּבָרְקַ֖ת and emerald . ū·ḇā·rə·qaṯ וּנְקָבֶ֙יךָ֙ Your mountings ū·nə·qā·ḇe·ḵā בָּ֔ךְ bāḵ תֻּפֶּ֤יךָ and settings tup·pe·ḵā מְלֶ֨אכֶת were crafted mə·le·ḵeṯ וְזָהָ֑ב in gold , wə·zā·hāḇ כּוֹנָֽנוּ׃ prepared kō·w·nā·nū בְּי֥וֹם on the day bə·yō·wm הִבָּרַאֲךָ֖ of your creation . hib·bā·ra·’ă·ḵā Ezekiel 28:14 אַ֨תְּ־ You ’at- מִמְשַׁ֖ח were anointed mim·šaḥ הַסּוֹכֵ֑ךְ as a guardian has·sō·w·ḵêḵ כְּר֔וּב cherub , kə·rūḇ וּנְתַתִּ֗יךָ for I had ordained you . ū·nə·ṯat·tî·ḵā הָיִ֔יתָ You were hā·yî·ṯā קֹ֤דֶשׁ on the holy qō·ḏeš בְּהַ֨ר mountain bə·har אֱלֹהִים֙ of God ; ’ĕ·lō·hîm הִתְהַלָּֽכְתָּ׃ you walked hiṯ·hal·lā·ḵə·tā בְּת֥וֹךְ among bə·ṯō·wḵ אֵ֖שׁ the fiery ’êš אַבְנֵי־ stones . ’aḇ·nê- Ezekiel 28:15 מִיּ֖וֹם From the day mî·yō·wm הִבָּֽרְאָ֑ךְ you were created hib·bā·rə·’āḵ אַתָּה֙ you ’at·tāh תָּמִ֤ים were blameless tā·mîm בִּדְרָכֶ֔יךָ in your ways — biḏ·rā·ḵe·ḵā עַד־ until ‘aḏ- עַוְלָ֖תָה wickedness ‘aw·lā·ṯāh נִמְצָ֥א was found nim·ṣā בָּֽךְ׃ in you . bāḵ Ezekiel 28:16 בְּרֹ֣ב By the vastness bə·rōḇ רְכֻלָּתְךָ֗ of your trade , rə·ḵul·lā·ṯə·ḵā תוֹכְךָ֛ you ṯō·wḵ·ḵā מָל֧וּ were filled mā·lū חָמָ֖ס with violence , ḥā·mās וַֽתֶּחֱטָ֑א and you sinned . wat·te·ḥĕ·ṭā וָאֶחַלֶּלְךָ֩ So I drove you in disgrace wā·’e·ḥal·lel·ḵā מֵהַ֨ר from the mountain mê·har אֱלֹהִ֤ים of God , ’ĕ·lō·hîm וָֽאַבֶּדְךָ֙ and I banished you , wā·’ab·beḏ·ḵā הַסֹּכֵ֔ךְ O guardian has·sō·ḵêḵ כְּר֣וּב cherub , kə·rūḇ מִתּ֖וֹךְ from among mit·tō·wḵ אֵֽשׁ׃ the fiery ’êš אַבְנֵי־ stones . ’aḇ·nê- Ezekiel 28:17 לִבְּךָ֙ Your heart lib·bə·ḵā גָּבַ֤הּ grew proud gā·ḇah בְּיָפְיֶ֔ךָ of your beauty ; bə·yā·p̄ə·ye·ḵā שִׁחַ֥תָּ you corrupted ši·ḥa·tā חָכְמָתְךָ֖ your wisdom ḥā·ḵə·mā·ṯə·ḵā עַל־ because ‘al- יִפְעָתֶ֑ךָ of your splendor ; yip̄·‘ā·ṯe·ḵā הִשְׁלַכְתִּ֗יךָ so I cast you hiš·laḵ·tî·ḵā עַל־ to ‘al- אֶ֣רֶץ the earth ; ’e·reṣ נְתַתִּ֖יךָ I made you nə·ṯat·tî·ḵā לְרַ֥אֲוָה a spectacle lə·ra·’ă·wāh בָֽךְ׃ ḇāḵ לִפְנֵ֧י before lip̄·nê מְלָכִ֛ים kings . mə·lā·ḵîm Ezekiel 28:18 מֵרֹ֣ב By the multitude mê·rōḇ עֲוֺנֶ֗יךָ of your iniquities ‘ă·wō·ne·ḵā בְּעֶ֙וֶל֙ and the dishonesty bə·‘e·wel רְכֻלָּ֣תְךָ֔ of your trading rə·ḵul·lā·ṯə·ḵā חִלַּ֖לְתָּ you have profaned ḥil·lal·tā מִקְדָּשֶׁ֑יךָ your sanctuaries . miq·dā·še·ḵā אֵ֤שׁ So I made fire ’êš וָֽאוֹצִא־ come wā·’ō·w·ṣi- מִתּֽוֹכְךָ֙ from within you , mit·tō·wḵ·ḵā הִ֣יא and it hî אֲכָלַ֔תְךָ consumed you . ’ă·ḵā·laṯ·ḵā וָאֶתֶּנְךָ֤ I reduced wā·’et·ten·ḵā לְאֵ֙פֶר֙ you to ashes lə·’ê·p̄er עַל־ on ‘al-
