Jeremiah 25:26 וְאֵ֣ת׀ - wə·’êṯ כָּל־ all kāl- מַלְכֵ֣י the kings mal·ḵê הַצָּפ֗וֹן of the north , haṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·wn הַקְּרֹבִ֤ים both near haq·qə·rō·ḇîm וְהָֽרְחֹקִים֙ and far , wə·hā·rə·ḥō·qîm אִ֣ישׁ one ’îš אֶל־ after ’el- אָחִ֔יו another — ’ā·ḥîw וְאֵת֙ - wə·’êṯ כָּל־ all kāl- הַמַּמְלְכ֣וֹת the kingdoms ham·mam·lə·ḵō·wṯ הָאָ֔רֶץ - hā·’ā·reṣ אֲשֶׁ֖ר - ’ă·šer עַל־ on ‘al- פְּנֵ֣י the face pə·nê הָאֲדָמָ֑ה of the earth . hā·’ă·ḏā·māh אַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃ And after all of them , ’a·ḥă·rê·hem וּמֶ֥לֶךְ the king ū·me·leḵ שֵׁשַׁ֖ךְ of Sheshach šê·šaḵ יִשְׁתֶּ֥ה will drink [it too] . yiš·teh Jeremiah 25:27 וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ “ Then you are to tell them wə·’ā·mar·tā אֲלֵיהֶ֡םס that ʾă·lē·hɛ·ms כֹּֽה־ this is what kōh- יְהוָ֨ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָא֜וֹת of Hosts , ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ אֱלֹהֵ֣י the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל of Israel , yiś·rā·’êl אָמַר֩ says : ’ā·mar שְׁת֤וּ ‘ Drink , šə·ṯū וְשִׁכְרוּ֙ get drunk , wə·šiḵ·rū וּקְי֔וּ and vomit . ū·qə·yū וְנִפְל֖וּ Fall down wə·nip̄·lū וְלֹ֣א and never wə·lō תָק֑וּמוּ get up again , ṯā·qū·mū מִפְּנֵ֣י because of mip·pə·nê הַחֶ֔רֶב the sword ha·ḥe·reḇ אֲשֶׁ֛ר - ’ă·šer אָנֹכִ֥י I ’ā·nō·ḵî שֹׁלֵ֖חַ will send šō·lê·aḥ בֵּינֵיכֶֽם׃ among you . ’ bê·nê·ḵem Jeremiah 25:28 וְהָיָ֗ה - wə·hā·yāh כִּ֧י If kî יְמָאֲנ֛וּ they refuse yə·mā·’ă·nū לָקַֽחַת־ to take lā·qa·ḥaṯ- הַכּ֥וֹס the cup hak·kō·ws מִיָּדְךָ֖ from your hand mî·yā·ḏə·ḵā לִשְׁתּ֑וֹת [and] drink it , liš·tō·wṯ וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ you are to tell them wə·’ā·mar·tā אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם that ’ă·lê·hem כֹּ֥ה this is what kōh יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָא֖וֹת of Hosts ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ אָמַ֛ר says : ’ā·mar שָׁת֥וֹ ‘ You most certainly must šā·ṯōw תִשְׁתּֽוּ׃ drink it ! ṯiš·tū Jeremiah 25:29 כִּי֩ For kî הִנֵּ֨ה behold , hin·nêh אָֽנֹכִי֙ I ’ā·nō·ḵî מֵחֵ֣ל am beginning mê·ḥêl לְהָרַ֔ע to bring disaster lə·hā·ra‘ בָעִ֜יר on the city ḇā·‘îr אֲשֶׁ֧ר that ’ă·šer נִֽקְרָא־ bears niq·rā- שְׁמִ֣י My Name , šə·mî עָלֶ֗יהָ ‘ā·le·hā וְאַתֶּ֖ם so how could you wə·’at·tem הִנָּקֵ֣ה possibly go unpunished hin·nā·qêh תִנָּק֑וּ . . . ? ṯin·nā·qū לֹ֣א You will not lō תִנָּק֔וּ go unpunished , ṯin·nā·qū כִּ֣י for kî אֲנִ֤י I ’ă·nî קֹרֵא֙ am calling down qō·rê חֶ֗רֶב a sword ḥe·reḇ עַל־ upon ‘al- כָּל־ all kāl- יֹשְׁבֵ֣י the inhabitants yō·šə·ḇê הָאָ֔רֶץ of the earth , hā·’ā·reṣ נְאֻ֖ם declares nə·’um יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh צְבָאֽוֹת׃ of Hosts . ’ ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ Jeremiah 25:30 וְאַתָּה֙ So you wə·’at·tāh תִּנָּבֵ֣א are to prophesy tin·nā·ḇê כָּל־ all kāl- הָאֵ֑לֶּה these hā·’êl·leh
