אֲשֶׁ֥ר where ’ă·šer לֹֽא־ neither lō- יֻלַּדְתֶּ֖ם of you were born — yul·laḏ·tem שָׁ֑ם and there šām וְשָׁ֖ם . . . wə·šām תָּמֽוּתוּ׃ you both will die . tā·mū·ṯū Jeremiah 22:27 לֹ֥א [You] will never lō יָשֽׁוּבוּ׃ס return yā·šū·ḇū וְעַל־ to wə·‘al- הָאָ֗רֶץ the land hā·’ā·reṣ אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- הֵ֛ם for which [you] hêm מְנַשְּׂאִ֥ים long mə·naś·śə·’îm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- נַפְשָׁ֖ם - nap̄·šām לָשׁ֣וּב . . . lā·šūḇ שָׁ֑ם . . . šām שָׁ֖מָּה . . . .” šām·māh Jeremiah 22:28 הַזֶּה֙ Is this haz·zeh הָאִ֤ישׁ man hā·’îš כָּנְיָ֔הוּ Coniah kā·nə·yā·hū אִ֨ם־ . . . ’im- נִבְזֶ֜ה a despised niḇ·zeh נָפ֗וּץ [and] shattered nā·p̄ūṣ הַעֶ֨צֶב pot , ha·‘e·ṣeḇ כְּלִ֔י a jar kə·lî אֵ֥ין that no ’ên חֵ֖פֶץ one wants ḥê·p̄eṣ בּ֑וֹ ? bōw מַדּ֤וּעַ Why mad·dū·a‘ ה֣וּא are he hū וְזַרְע֔וֹ and his descendants wə·zar·‘ōw הֽוּטֲלוּ֙ hurled out hū·ṭă·lū וְהֻ֨שְׁלְכ֔וּ and cast wə·huš·lə·ḵū עַל־ into ‘al- הָאָ֖רֶץ a land hā·’ā·reṣ אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer לֹא־ they do not lō- יָדָֽעוּ׃ know ? yā·ḏā·‘ū Jeremiah 22:29 אֶ֥רֶץ O land , ’e·reṣ אֶ֖רֶץ land , ’e·reṣ אָ֑רֶץ land , ’ā·reṣ שִׁמְעִ֖י hear šim·‘î דְּבַר־ the word də·ḇar- יְהוָֽה׃ס of YHWH ! Yah·weh Jeremiah 22:30 כֹּ֣ה׀ This is what kōh יְהוָ֗ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar כִּתְב֞וּ “ Enroll kiṯ·ḇū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַזֶּה֙ this haz·zeh הָאִ֤ישׁ man hā·’îš עֲרִירִ֔י as childless , ‘ă·rî·rî גֶּ֖בֶר a man ge·ḇer לֹא־ who will not lō- יִצְלַ֣ח prosper yiṣ·laḥ בְּיָמָ֑יו in his lifetime . bə·yā·māw כִּי֩ . . . kî לֹ֨א None lō אִ֚ישׁ . . . ’îš מִזַּרְע֗וֹ of his descendants miz·zar·‘ōw יִצְלַ֜ח will prosper yiṣ·laḥ יֹשֵׁב֙ to sit yō·šêḇ עַל־ on ‘al- כִּסֵּ֣א the throne kis·sê דָוִ֔ד of David ḏā·wiḏ וּמֹשֵׁ֥ל or to rule ū·mō·šêl ע֖וֹד again ‘ō·wḏ בִּיהוּדָֽה׃ in Judah . ” bî·hū·ḏāh Jeremiah 23:1 ה֣וֹי “ Woe hō·w רֹעִ֗ים to the shepherds rō·‘îm מְאַבְּדִ֧ים who destroy mə·’ab·bə·ḏîm וּמְפִצִ֛ים and scatter ū·mə·p̄i·ṣîm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- צֹ֥אן the sheep ṣōn מַרְעִיתִ֖י of My pasture !” mar·‘î·ṯî נְאֻם־ declares nə·’um- יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH .
