Proverbs 3:22 וְיִֽהְי֣וּ They will be wə·yih·yū חַיִּ֣ים life ḥay·yîm לְנַפְשֶׁ֑ךָ to your soul lə·nap̄·še·ḵā וְ֝חֵ֗ן and adornment wə·ḥên לְגַרְגְּרֹתֶֽיךָ׃ to your neck . lə·ḡar·gə·rō·ṯe·ḵā Proverbs 3:23 אָ֤ז Then ’āz תֵּלֵ֣ךְ you will go tê·lêḵ דַּרְכֶּ֑ךָ on your way dar·ke·ḵā לָבֶ֣טַח in safety , lā·ḇe·ṭaḥ וְ֝רַגְלְךָ֗ and your foot wə·raḡ·lə·ḵā לֹ֣א will not lō תִגּֽוֹף׃ stumble . ṯig·gō·wp̄ Proverbs 3:24 אִם־ When ’im- תִּשְׁכַּ֥ב you lie down , tiš·kaḇ לֹֽא־ you will not lō- תִפְחָ֑ד be afraid ; ṯip̄·ḥāḏ וְ֝שָׁכַבְתָּ֗ when you rest , wə·šā·ḵaḇ·tā שְׁנָתֶֽךָ׃ your sleep šə·nā·ṯe·ḵā וְֽעָרְבָ֥ה will be sweet . wə·‘ā·rə·ḇāh Proverbs 3:25 אַל־ Do not ’al- תִּ֭ירָא fear tî·rā פִּתְאֹ֑ם sudden piṯ·’ōm מִפַּ֣חַד danger mip·pa·ḥaḏ וּמִשֹּׁאַ֥ת or the ruin ū·miš·šō·’aṯ כִּ֣י that kî תָבֹֽא׃ overtakes ṯā·ḇō רְ֝שָׁעִ֗ים the wicked , rə·šā·‘îm Proverbs 3:26 כִּֽי־ for kî- יְ֭הוָה YHWH Yah·weh יִהְיֶ֣ה will be yih·yeh בְכִסְלֶ֑ךָ your confidence ḇə·ḵis·le·ḵā וְשָׁמַ֖ר and will keep wə·šā·mar רַגְלְךָ֣ your foot raḡ·lə·ḵā מִלָּֽכֶד׃ from the snare . mil·lā·ḵeḏ Proverbs 3:27 אַל־ Do not ’al- תִּמְנַע־ withhold tim·na‘- ט֥וֹב good ṭō·wḇ מִבְּעָלָ֑יו from the deserving mib·bə·‘ā·lāw בִּהְי֨וֹת when it is bih·yō·wṯ יָדֶיךָ within your yå̄·ḏɛ·ḵå̄ לְאֵ֖ל power lə·’êl לַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃ to act . la·‘ă·śō·wṯ Proverbs 3:28 אַל־ Do not ’al- תֹּ֘אמַ֤ר tell tō·mar לְרֵעֶיךָ your neighbor , lə·rē·ʿɛ·ḵå̄ לֵ֣ךְ “ Come lêḵ וָ֭שׁוּב back wā·šūḇ וּמָחָ֥ר tomorrow ū·mā·ḥār אֶתֵּ֗ן [and] I will provide ” — ’et·tên וְיֵ֣שׁ when you already have the means wə·yêš אִתָּֽךְ׃ . . . . ’it·tāḵ Proverbs 3:29 אַל־ Do not ’al- רָעָ֑ה devise rā·‘āh תַּחֲרֹ֣שׁ evil ta·ḥă·rōš עַל־ against ‘al- רֵעֲךָ֣ your neighbor , rê·‘ă·ḵā וְהֽוּא־ for he wə·hū- לָבֶ֣טַח trustfully lā·ḇe·ṭaḥ יוֹשֵׁ֖ב dwells yō·wō·šêḇ אִתָּֽךְ׃ beside you . ’it·tāḵ Proverbs 3:30 אַל־ Do not ’al- תָּרוֹב accuse tå̄·rōḇ עִם־ . . . ‘im- אָדָ֣ם a man ’ā·ḏām חִנָּ֑ם without cause , ḥin·nām אִם־ when ’im- גְמָלְךָ֣ he has done ḡə·mā·lə·ḵā לֹ֖א you no lō רָעָֽה׃ harm . rā·‘āh Proverbs 3:31 אַל־ Do not ’al- תְּ֭קַנֵּא envy tə·qan·nê
