הָאָ֑רֶץ the land hā·’ā·reṣ שָׁבָֽר׃ and cut off šā·ḇār כָּֽל־ all kāl- מַטֵּה־ their supplies maṭ·ṭêh- לֶ֥חֶם of food . le·ḥem Psalm 105:17 שָׁלַ֣ח He sent šā·laḥ אִ֑ישׁ a man ’îš לִפְנֵיהֶ֣ם before them — lip̄·nê·hem יוֹסֵֽף׃ Joseph , yō·w·sêp̄ נִמְכַּ֥ר sold nim·kar לְ֝עֶ֗בֶד as a slave . lə·‘e·ḇeḏ Psalm 105:18 עִנּ֣וּ They bruised ‘in·nū רַגְלָיו his feet raḡ·lå̄w בַכֶּ֣בֶל with shackles ḇak·ke·ḇel בָּ֣אָה [and] placed bā·’āh נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃ his neck nap̄·šōw בַּ֝רְזֶ֗ל in irons , bar·zel Psalm 105:19 עַד־ until ‘aḏ- עֵ֥ת . . . ‘êṯ דְבָר֑וֹ his prediction ḏə·ḇā·rōw בֹּֽא־ came true bō- אִמְרַ֖ת [and] the word ’im·raṯ יְהוָ֣ה of YHWH Yah·weh צְרָפָֽתְהוּ׃ proved him right . ṣə·rā·p̄ā·ṯə·hū Psalm 105:20 מֶ֭לֶךְ The king me·leḵ שָׁ֣לַח sent šā·laḥ וַיַּתִּירֵ֑הוּ and released him ; wa·yat·tî·rê·hū מֹשֵׁ֥ל the ruler mō·šêl עַ֝מִּ֗ים of peoples ‘am·mîm וַֽיְפַתְּחֵֽהוּ׃ set him free . way·p̄at·tə·ḥê·hū Psalm 105:21 שָׂמ֣וֹ He made him śā·mōw אָד֣וֹן master ’ā·ḏō·wn לְבֵית֑וֹ of his household , lə·ḇê·ṯōw וּ֝מֹשֵׁ֗ל ruler ū·mō·šêl בְּכָל־ over all bə·ḵāl קִנְיָנֽוֹ׃ his substance , qin·yā·nōw Psalm 105:22 לֶאְסֹ֣ר to instruct le’·sōr שָׂרָ֣יו his princes śā·rāw בְּנַפְשׁ֑וֹ as he pleased bə·nap̄·šōw יְחַכֵּֽם׃ and teach yə·ḥak·kêm וּזְקֵנָ֥יו his elders {wisdom} . ū·zə·qê·nāw Psalm 105:23 יִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל Then Israel yiś·rā·’êl וַיָּבֹ֣א entered way·yā·ḇō מִצְרָ֑יִם Egypt ; miṣ·rā·yim וְ֝יַעֲקֹ֗ב Jacob wə·ya·‘ă·qōḇ גָּ֣ר dwelt gār בְּאֶֽרֶץ־ in the land bə·’e·reṣ- חָֽם׃ of Ham . ḥām Psalm 105:24 עַמּ֣וֹ And YHWH made His people ‘am·mōw מְאֹ֑ד very mə·’ōḏ וַיֶּ֣פֶר fruitful , way·ye·p̄er אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַ֝יַּֽעֲצִמֵהוּ more numerous way·ya·‘ă·ṣi·mê·hū מִצָּרָֽיו׃ than their foes , miṣ·ṣā·rāw Psalm 105:25 לִ֭בָּם whose hearts lib·bām הָפַ֣ךְ He turned hā·p̄aḵ לִשְׂנֹ֣א to hate liś·nō עַמּ֑וֹ His people , ‘am·mōw לְ֝הִתְנַכֵּ֗ל to conspire lə·hiṯ·nak·kêl בַּעֲבָדָֽיו׃ against His servants . ba·‘ă·ḇā·ḏāw Psalm 105:26 שָׁ֭לַח He sent laḥ מֹשֶׁ֣ה Moses mō·šeh עַבְדּ֑וֹ His servant , ‘aḇ·dōw אַ֝הֲרֹ֗ן and Aaron , ’a·hă·rōn אֲשֶׁ֣ר whom ’ă·šer בָּֽחַר־ He had chosen bā·ḥar- בּֽוֹ׃ . bōw
