כָל־ all ḵāl אַפְסֵי־ the ends ’ap̄·sê- אָ֑רֶץ of the earth ’ā·reṣ אֵ֝֗ת - ’êṯ רָא֥וּ have seen rā·’ū יְשׁוּעַ֥ת the salvation yə·šū·‘aṯ אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ of our God . ’ĕ·lō·hê·nū Psalm 98:4 הָרִ֣יעוּ Make a joyful noise hā·rî·‘ū לַֽ֭יהוָה to YHWH , Yah·weh כָּל־ all kāl- הָאָ֑רֶץ the earth ; hā·’ā·reṣ פִּצְח֖וּ break forth — piṣ·ḥū וְרַנְּנ֣וּ let your cry ring out , wə·ran·nə·nū וְזַמֵּֽרוּ׃ and sing praises ! wə·zam·mê·rū Psalm 98:5 זַמְּר֣וּ Sing praises zam·mə·rū לַיהוָ֣ה to YHWH Yah·weh בְּכִנּ֑וֹר with the lyre , bə·ḵin·nō·wr זִמְרָֽה׃ in melodious zim·rāh וְק֣וֹל song wə·qō·wl בְּ֝כִנּ֗וֹר with the harp . bə·ḵin·nō·wr Psalm 98:6 בַּ֭חֲצֹ֣צְרוֹת With trumpets ba·ḥă·ṣō·ṣə·rō·wṯ וְק֣וֹל and the blast wə·qō·wl שׁוֹפָ֑ר of the ram’s horn šō·w·p̄ār הָ֝רִ֗יעוּ shout for joy hā·rî·‘ū לִפְנֵ֤י׀ before lip̄·nê יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH , Yah·weh הַמֶּ֬לֶךְ the King . ham·me·leḵ Psalm 98:7 הַ֭יָּם Let the sea hay·yām יִרְעַ֣ם resound , yir·‘am וּמְלֹא֑וֹ and all that fills it , ū·mə·lō·’ōw תֵּ֝בֵ֗ל the world , tê·ḇêl וְיֹ֣שְׁבֵי and all who dwell wə·yō·šə·ḇê בָֽהּ׃ in it . ḇāh Psalm 98:8 נְהָר֥וֹת Let the rivers nə·hā·rō·wṯ יִמְחֲאוּ־ clap yim·ḥă·’ū- כָ֑ף their hands , ḵāp̄ הָרִ֥ים let the mountains hā·rîm יַ֝֗חַד sing together ya·ḥaḏ יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃ for joy yə·ran·nê·nū Psalm 98:9 לִֽפְֽנֵי־ before lip̄·nê- יְהוָ֗ה YHWH , Yah·weh כִּ֥י for kî בָא֮ He comes ḇā לִשְׁפֹּ֪ט to judge liš·pōṭ הָ֫אָ֥רֶץ the earth . hā·’ā·reṣ יִשְׁפֹּֽט־ He will judge yiš·pōṭ- תֵּבֵ֥ל the world tê·ḇêl בְּצֶ֑דֶק with righteousness bə·ṣe·ḏeq וְ֝עַמִּ֗ים and the peoples wə·‘am·mîm בְּמֵישָׁרִֽים׃ with equity . bə·mê·šā·rîm Psalm 99:1 יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh מָ֭לָךְ reigns ; mā·lāḵ עַמִּ֑ים let the nations ‘am·mîm יִרְגְּז֣וּ tremble ! yir·gə·zū יֹשֵׁ֥ב He is enthroned yō·šêḇ כְּ֝רוּבִ֗ים above the cherubim ; kə·rū·ḇîm הָאָֽרֶץ׃ let the earth hā·’ā·reṣ תָּנ֥וּט quake ! tā·nūṭ Psalm 99:2 גָּד֑וֹל Great is gā·ḏō·wl יְ֭הוָה YHWH Yah·weh בְּצִיּ֣וֹן in Zion ; bə·ṣî·yō·wn ה֝֗וּא He hū וְרָ֥ם is exalted wə·rām עַל־ above ‘al- כָּל־ all kāl- הָֽעַמִּֽים׃ the peoples . hā·‘am·mîm Psalm 99:3 יוֹד֣וּ Let them praise yō·w·ḏū גָּד֥וֹל Your great gā·ḏō·wl וְנוֹרָ֗א and awesome wə·nō·w·rā שִׁ֭מְךָ name — mə·ḵā הֽוּא׃ He hū קָד֥וֹשׁ is holy ! qā·ḏō·wōš
