Psalm 93:4 מִקֹּל֨וֹת׀ Above the roar miq·qō·lō·wṯ רַבִּ֗ים of many rab·bîm מַ֤יִם waters — ma·yim אַדִּירִ֣ים the mighty ’ad·dî·rîm מִשְׁבְּרֵי־ breakers miš·bə·rê- יָ֑ם of the sea — yām יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH Yah·weh בַּמָּר֣וֹם on high bam·mā·rō·wm אַדִּ֖יר is majestic . ’ad·dîr Psalm 93:5 עֵֽדֹתֶ֨יךָ׀ Your testimonies ‘ê·ḏō·ṯe·ḵā מְאֹ֗ד are fully mə·’ōḏ נֶאֶמְנ֬וּ confirmed ; ne·’em·nū קֹ֑דֶשׁ holiness qō·ḏeš נַאֲוָה־ adorns na·’ă·wāh- לְבֵיתְךָ֥ Your house , lə·ḇê·ṯə·ḵā יְ֝הוָ֗ה O YHWH , Yah·weh לְאֹ֣רֶךְ for all the days lə·’ō·reḵ יָמִֽים׃ to come . yā·mîm Psalm 94:1 יְהוָ֑ה O YHWH , Yah·weh אֵל־ God ’êl- נְקָמ֥וֹת of vengeance , nə·qā·mō·wṯ אֵ֖ל O God ’êl נְקָמ֣וֹת of vengeance , nə·qā·mō·wṯ הוֹפִֽיַע׃ shine forth . hō·w·p̄i·ya‘ Psalm 94:2 הִ֭נָּשֵׂא Rise up , hin·nā·śê שֹׁפֵ֣ט O Judge šō·p̄êṭ הָאָ֑רֶץ of the earth ; hā·’ā·reṣ הָשֵׁ֥ב render hā·šêḇ גְּ֝מ֗וּל a reward gə·mūl עַל־ to ‘al- גֵּאִֽים׃ the proud . gê·’îm Psalm 94:3 עַד־ How long ‘aḏ- מָתַ֖י . . . mā·ṯay רְשָׁעִ֥ים׀ will the wicked , rə·šā·‘îm יְהוָ֑ה O YHWH , Yah·weh עַד־ how long ‘aḏ- מָ֝תַ֗י . . . mā·ṯay רְשָׁעִ֥ים will the wicked rə·šā·‘îm יַעֲלֹֽזוּ׃ exult ? ya·‘ă·lō·zū Psalm 94:4 יַבִּ֣יעוּ They pour out yab·bî·‘ū עָתָ֑ק arrogant ‘ā·ṯāq יְדַבְּר֣וּ words ; yə·ḏab·bə·rū כָּל־ all kāl- פֹּ֥עֲלֵי workers pō·‘ă·lê אָֽוֶן׃ of iniquity ’ā·wen יִֽ֝תְאַמְּר֗וּ boast . yiṯ·’am·mə·rū Psalm 94:5 יְדַכְּא֑וּ They crush yə·ḏak·kə·’ū עַמְּךָ֣ Your people , ‘am·mə·ḵā יְהוָ֣ה O YHWH ; Yah·weh יְעַנּֽוּ׃ they oppress yə·‘an·nū וְֽנַחֲלָתְךָ֥ Your heritage . wə·na·ḥă·lā·ṯə·ḵā Psalm 94:6 יַהֲרֹ֑גוּ They kill ya·hă·rō·ḡū אַ֭לְמָנָה the widow ’al·mā·nāh וְגֵ֣ר and the foreigner ; wə·ḡêr יְרַצֵּֽחוּ׃ they murder yə·raṣ·ṣê·ḥū וִֽיתוֹמִ֣ים the fatherless . wî·ṯō·w·mîm Psalm 94:7 וַ֭יֹּ֣אמְרוּ They say , way·yō·mə·rū יָּ֑הּ “ YHWH yāh לֹ֣א does not lō יִרְאֶה־ see ; yir·’eh- אֱלֹהֵ֥י the God ’ĕ·lō·hê יַעֲקֹֽב׃ of Jacob ya·‘ă·qōḇ וְלֹא־ vvv wə·lō- יָ֝בִ֗ין pays no heed . ” yā·ḇîn Psalm 94:8 בִּ֭ינוּ Take notice , bî·nū בֹּעֲרִ֣ים O senseless bō·‘ă·rîm בָּעָ֑ם among the people ! bā·‘ām וּ֝כְסִילִ֗ים O fools , ū·ḵə·sî·lîm מָתַ֥י when mā·ṯay תַּשְׂכִּֽילוּ׃ will you be wise ? taś·kî·lū
