Psalm 94:9 הֲנֹ֣טַֽע He who affixed hă·nō·ṭa‘ אֹ֭זֶן the ear , ’ō·zen הֲלֹ֣א can He not hă·lō יִשְׁמָ֑ע hear ? yiš·mā‘ אִֽם־ He who ’im- יֹ֥צֵֽר formed yō·ṣêr עַ֝֗יִן the eye , ‘a·yin הֲלֹ֣א can He not hă·lō יַבִּֽיט׃ see ? yab·bîṭ Psalm 94:10 הֲיֹסֵ֣ר He who admonishes hă·yō·sêr גּ֭וֹיִם the nations , gō·w·yim הֲלֹ֣א does He not hă·lō יוֹכִ֑יחַ discipline ? yō·w·ḵî·aḥ הַֽמְלַמֵּ֖ד He who teaches ham·lam·mêḏ אָדָ֣ם man , ’ā·ḏām דָּֽעַת׃ does He [lack] knowledge ? dā·‘aṯ Psalm 94:11 יְֽהוָ֗ה YHWH Yah·weh יֹ֭דֵעַ knows yō·ḏê·a‘ מַחְשְׁב֣וֹת the thoughts maḥ·šə·ḇō·wṯ אָדָ֑ם of man , ’ā·ḏām כִּי־ that kî- הֵ֥מָּה they hêm·māh הָֽבֶל׃ are futile . hā·ḇel Psalm 94:12 אַשְׁרֵ֤י׀ Blessed ’aš·rê הַגֶּ֣בֶר [is] the man hag·ge·ḇer אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- תְּיַסְּרֶ֣נּוּ You discipline , tə·yas·sə·ren·nū יָּ֑הּ O YHWH , yāh תְלַמְּדֶֽנּוּ׃ and teach ṯə·lam·mə·ḏen·nū וּֽמִתּוֹרָתְךָ֥ from Your law , ū·mit·tō·w·rā·ṯə·ḵā Psalm 94:13 לְהַשְׁקִ֣יט to grant him relief lə·haš·qîṭ ל֭וֹ lōw מִ֣ימֵי from days mî·mê רָ֑ע of trouble , rā‘ עַ֤ד until ‘aḏ שָֽׁחַת׃ a pit šā·ḥaṯ יִכָּרֶ֖ה is dug yik·kā·reh לָרָשָׁ֣ע for the wicked . lā·rā·šā‘ Psalm 94:14 כִּ֤י׀ For kî יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh לֹא־ will not lō- יִטֹּ֣שׁ forsake yiṭ·ṭōš עַמּ֑וֹ His people ; ‘am·mōw לֹ֣א He will never lō יַעֲזֹֽב׃ abandon ya·‘ă·zōḇ וְ֝נַחֲלָת֗וֹ His heritage . wə·na·ḥă·lā·ṯōw Psalm 94:15 כִּֽי־ Surely kî- עַד־ . . . ‘aḏ- צֶ֭דֶק judgment ṣe·ḏeq יָשׁ֣וּב will again yā·šūḇ מִשְׁפָּ֑ט be righteous , miš·pāṭ כָּל־ and all kāl- יִשְׁרֵי־ the upright yiš·rê- לֵֽב׃ in heart lêḇ וְ֝אַחֲרָ֗יו will follow it . wə·’a·ḥă·rāw Psalm 94:16 מִֽי־ Who mî- יָק֣וּם will rise up yā·qūm לִ֭י for me lî עִם־ against ‘im- מְרֵעִ֑ים the wicked ? mə·rê·‘îm מִֽי־ Who mî- יִתְיַצֵּ֥ב will stand yiṯ·yaṣ·ṣêḇ לִ֝י for me lî עִם־ against ‘im- פֹּ֥עֲלֵי the workers pō·‘ă·lê אָֽוֶן׃ of iniquity ? ’ā·wen Psalm 94:17 לוּלֵ֣י Unless lū·lê יְ֭הוָה YHWH Yah·weh עֶזְרָ֣תָה had been my helper ‘ez·rā·ṯāh לִּ֑י , lî נַפְשִֽׁי׃ I nap̄·šî כִּמְעַ֓ט׀ would soon kim·‘aṭ שָֽׁכְנָ֖ה have dwelt in the abode šā·ḵə·nāh
