Psalm 27:12 אַֽל־ Do not ’al- תִּ֭תְּנֵנִי hand me over tit·tə·nê·nî בְּנֶ֣פֶשׁ to the will bə·ne·p̄eš צָרָ֑י of my foes , ṣā·rāy כִּ֥י for kî שֶׁ֝֗קֶר false qer עֵֽדֵי־ witnesses ‘ê·ḏê·še- קָֽמוּ־ rise up qā·mū- בִ֥י against me , ḇî וִיפֵ֥חַ breathing out wî·p̄ê·aḥ חָמָֽס׃ violence . ḥā·mās Psalm 27:13 לׅׄוּלֵׅׄ֗אׅׄ Still lū·lē הֶ֭אֱמַנְתִּי I am certain he·’ĕ·man·tî לִרְא֥וֹת to see lir·’ō·wṯ בְּֽטוּב־ the goodness bə·ṭūḇ- יְהוָ֗ה of YHWH Yah·weh בְּאֶ֣רֶץ in the land bə·’e·reṣ חַיִּֽים׃ of the living . ḥay·yîm Psalm 27:14 קַוֵּ֗ה Wait patiently qaw·wêh אֶל־ for ’el- יְה֫וָ֥ה YHWH ; Yah·weh חֲ֭זַק be strong ḥă·zaq וְיַאֲמֵ֣ץ and courageous wə·ya·’ă·mêṣ לִבֶּ֑ךָ . . . . lib·be·ḵā וְ֝קַוֵּ֗ה Wait patiently wə·qaw·wêh אֶל־ for ’el- יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH ! Yah·weh Psalm 28:1 לְדָוִ֡ד Of David . lə·ḏā·wiḏ אֵ֘לֶ֤יךָ To You , ’ê·le·ḵā יְהוָ֨ה׀ O YHWH , Yah·weh אֶקְרָ֗א I call ; ’eq·rā אַֽל־ be not ’al- תֶּחֱרַ֪שׁ deaf te·ḥĕ·raš מִ֫מֶּ֥נִּי to me , mim·men·nî צוּרִי֮ O my Rock . ṣū·rî פֶּן־ For if pen- תֶּֽחֱשֶׁ֥ה You remain silent te·ḥĕ·šeh מִמֶּ֑נִּי . . . , mim·men·nî וְ֝נִמְשַׁ֗לְתִּי I will be wə·nim·šal·tî עִם־ like ‘im- י֥וֹרְדֵי those descending yō·wr·ḏê בֽוֹר׃ to the Pit . ḇō·wr Psalm 28:2 שְׁמַ֤ע Hear šə·ma‘ ק֣וֹל my cry qō·wl תַּ֭חֲנוּנַי for mercy ta·ḥă·nū·nay בְּשַׁוְּעִ֣י when I call bə·šaw·wə·‘î אֵלֶ֑יךָ to You {for help} , ’ê·le·ḵā בְּנָשְׂאִ֥י when I lift up bə·nā·śə·’î יָ֝דַ֗י my hands yā·ḏay אֶל־ toward ’el- קָדְשֶֽׁךָ׃ Your holy qāḏ·še·ḵā דְּבִ֥יר sanctuary . də·ḇîr Psalm 28:3 אַל־ Do not ’al- תִּמְשְׁכֵ֣נִי drag me away tim·šə·ḵê·nî עִם־ with ‘im- רְשָׁעִים֮ the wicked , rə·šā·‘îm וְעִם־ and with wə·‘im- פֹּ֪עֲלֵ֫י the workers pō·‘ă·lê אָ֥וֶן of iniquity , ’ā·wen דֹּבְרֵ֣י who speak dō·ḇə·rê שָׁ֭לוֹם peace lō·wm עִם־ to ‘im- רֵֽעֵיהֶ֑ם their neighbors rê·‘ê·hem וְ֝רָעָ֗ה while malice wə·rā·‘āh בִּלְבָבָֽם׃ is in their hearts . bil·ḇā·ḇām Psalm 28:4 תֶּן־ Repay ten- לָהֶ֣ם them lā·hem כְּפָעֳלָם֮ according to their deeds kə·p̄ā·‘o·lām מַֽעַלְלֵ֫יהֶ֥ם and for their works ma·‘al·lê·hem וּכְרֹ֪עַ of evil . ū·ḵə·rō·a‘ תֵּ֣ן Repay tên לָהֶ֑ם them lā·hem יְ֭דֵיהֶם for what their hands yə·ḏê·hem כְּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה have done ; kə·ma·‘ă·śêh הָשֵׁ֖ב bring back hā·šêḇ לָהֶֽם׃ on them lā·hem גְּמוּלָ֣ם what they deserve . gə·mū·lām Psalm 28:5 כִּ֤י Since kî
