וַיְגַדְּע֣וּ chopped down way·ḡad·də·‘ū הָאֲשֵׁרִ֡ים the Asherah poles , hā·’ă·šê·rîm וַיְנַתְּצ֣וּ and tore down way·nat·tə·ṣū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַ֠בָּמוֹת the high places hab·bā·mō·wṯ וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַֽמִּזְבְּחֹ֞ת and altars ham·miz·bə·ḥōṯ מִכָּל־ throughout mik·kāl יְהוּדָ֧ה Judah yə·hū·ḏāh וּבִנְיָמִ֛ן and Benjamin , ū·ḇin·yā·min וּבְאֶפְרַ֥יִם as well as in Ephraim ū·ḇə·’ep̄·ra·yim וּמְנַשֶּׁ֖ה and Manasseh , ū·mə·naš·šeh עַד־ until ‘aḏ- לְכַלֵּ֑ה they had utterly destroyed them all . lə·ḵal·lêh כָּל־ Then all kāl- בְּנֵ֧י the Israelites bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל . . . yiś·rā·’êl וַיָּשׁ֜וּבוּ returned way·yā·šū·ḇū לְעָרֵיהֶֽם׃ס to their cities , lə·‘ā·rê·hem אִ֥ישׁ each ’îš לַאֲחֻזָּת֖וֹ to his own property . la·’ă·ḥuz·zā·ṯōw 2 Chronicles 31:2 יְחִזְקִיָּ֡הוּ Hezekiah yə·ḥiz·qî·yā·hū וַיַּעֲמֵ֣ד reestablished way·ya·‘ă·mêḏ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מַחְלְק֣וֹת the divisions maḥ·lə·qō·wṯ הַכֹּהֲנִ֣ים of the priests hak·kō·hă·nîm וְ֠הַלְוִיִּם and Levites wə·hal·wî·yim עַֽל־ . . . — ‘al- אִ֣ישׁ׀ each of them ’îš מַחְלְקוֹתָ֞ם - maḥ·lə·qō·w·ṯām כְּפִ֣י according to kə·p̄î עֲבֹדָת֗וֹ their duties ‘ă·ḇō·ḏā·ṯōw לַכֹּהֲנִים֙ as priests lak·kō·hă·nîm וְלַלְוִיִּ֔ם or Levites — wə·lal·wî·yim לְעֹלָ֖ה for the burnt offerings lə·‘ō·lāh וְלִשְׁלָמִ֑ים and peace offerings , wə·liš·lā·mîm לְשָׁרֵת֙ for ministry , lə·šā·rêṯ וּלְהֹד֣וֹת for giving thanks , ū·lə·hō·ḏō·wṯ וּלְהַלֵּ֔ל and for singing praises ū·lə·hal·lêl בְּשַׁעֲרֵ֖י at the gates bə·ša·‘ă·rê יְהוָֽה׃ס of YHWH’s Yah·weh מַחֲנ֥וֹת dwelling . ma·ḥă·nō·wṯ 2 Chronicles 31:3 הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ The king ham·me·leḵ וּמְנָת֩ contributed ū·mə·nāṯ מִן־ from min- רְכוּשׁ֜וֹ his own possessions rə·ḵū·šōw הַבֹּ֣קֶר for the regular morning hab·bō·qer וְהָעֶ֔רֶב and evening wə·hā·‘e·reḇ וְהָ֣עֹל֔וֹת . . . wə·hā·‘ō·lō·wṯ לָעֹל֗וֹת burnt offerings lā·‘ō·lō·wṯ לְעֹלוֹת֙ and for the burnt offerings lə·‘ō·lō·wṯ לַשַּׁבָּת֖וֹת on the Sabbaths , laš·šab·bā·ṯō·wṯ וְלֶחֳדָשִׁ֣ים New Moons , wə·le·ḥo·ḏā·šîm וְלַמֹּעֲדִ֑ים and appointed feasts , wə·lam·mō·‘ă·ḏîm כַּכָּת֖וּב as written kak·kā·ṯūḇ בְּתוֹרַ֥ת in the Law bə·ṯō·w·raṯ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH . Yah·weh 2 Chronicles 31:4 וַיֹּ֤אמֶר Moreover, he commanded way·yō·mer לָעָם֙ the people lā·‘ām לְיוֹשְׁבֵ֣י living lə·yō·wō·šə·ḇê יְרוּשָׁלִַ֔ם in Jerusalem yə·rū·šā·lim לָתֵ֕ת to make lā·ṯêṯ מְנָ֥ת a contribution mə·nāṯ הַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים for the priests hak·kō·hă·nîm וְהַלְוִיִּ֑ם and Levites wə·hal·wî·yim לְמַ֥עַן so that lə·ma·‘an יֶחֶזְק֖וּ they could devote themselves ye·ḥez·qū בְּתוֹרַ֥ת to the Law bə·ṯō·w·raṯ יְהוָֽה׃ of YHWH . Yah·weh 2 Chronicles 31:5 הַדָּבָ֗ר As soon as the order had·dā·ḇār וְכִפְרֹ֣ץ went out , wə·ḵip̄·rōṣ בְנֵֽי־ the Israelites ḇə·nê- יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ . . . yiś·rā·’êl הִרְבּ֤וּ generously provided hir·bū רֵאשִׁ֣ית the firstfruits rê·šîṯ דָּגָ֗ן of the grain , dā·ḡān תִּיר֤וֹשׁ new wine , tî·rō·wōš וְיִצְהָר֙ oil , wə·yiṣ·hār וּדְבַ֔שׁ and honey , ū·ḏə·ḇaš וְכֹ֖ל and of all wə·ḵōl תְּבוּאַ֣ת the produce tə·ḇū·’aṯ שָׂדֶ֑ה of the field , śā·ḏeh הֵבִֽיאוּ׃ and they brought in hê·ḇî·’ū לָרֹ֖ב an abundance — lā·rōḇ וּמַעְשַׂ֥ר a tithe ū·ma‘·śar הַכֹּ֛ל of everything . hak·kōl
