לְחַֽסְדֵ֖י [Your] loving devotion lə·ḥas·ḏê עַבְדֶּֽךָ׃פ to Your servant ‘aḇ·de·ḵā דָּוִ֥יד David . ” dā·wîḏ 2 Chronicles 7:1 שְׁלֹמֹה֙ When Solomon šə·lō·mōh וּכְכַלּ֤וֹת had finished ū·ḵə·ḵal·lō·wṯ לְהִתְפַּלֵּ֔ל praying , lə·hiṯ·pal·lêl וְהָאֵ֗שׁ fire wə·hā·’êš יָֽרְדָה֙ came down yā·rə·ḏāh מֵֽהַשָּׁמַ֔יִם from heaven mê·haš·šā·ma·yim וַתֹּ֥אכַל and consumed wat·tō·ḵal הָעֹלָ֖ה the burnt offering hā·‘ō·lāh וְהַזְּבָחִ֑ים and the sacrifices , wə·haz·zə·ḇā·ḥîm וּכְב֥וֹד and the glory ū·ḵə·ḇō·wḏ יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh מָלֵ֥א filled mā·lê אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַבָּֽיִת׃ the temple . hab·bā·yiṯ 2 Chronicles 7:2 הַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים The priests hak·kō·hă·nîm וְלֹ֤א vvv wə·lō יָֽכְלוּ֙ were unable yā·ḵə·lū לָב֖וֹא to enter lā·ḇō·w אֶל־ . . . ’el- בֵּ֣ית the house bêṯ יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH , Yah·weh כִּֽי־ because kî- כְבוֹד־ the glory ḵə·ḇō·wḏ- יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מָלֵ֥א had filled mā·lê בֵּ֥ית [it] bêṯ יְהוָֽה׃ . . . . Yah·weh 2 Chronicles 7:3 וְכֹ֣ל׀ When all wə·ḵōl בְּנֵ֣י the Israelites bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל . . . yiś·rā·’êl רֹאִים֙ saw rō·’îm הָאֵ֔שׁ the fire hā·’êš בְּרֶ֣דֶת coming down bə·re·ḏeṯ וּכְב֥וֹד and the glory ū·ḵə·ḇō·wḏ יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh עַל־ above ‘al- הַבָּ֑יִת the temple , hab·bā·yiṯ וַיִּכְרְעוּ֩ they bowed down way·yiḵ·rə·‘ū עַל־ on ‘al- הָרִֽצְפָה֙ the pavement hā·riṣ·p̄āh אַפַּ֨יִם with their faces ’ap·pa·yim אַ֤רְצָה to the ground , ’ar·ṣāh וַיִּֽשְׁתַּֽחֲו֔וּ and they worshiped way·yiš·ta·ḥă·wū וְהוֹד֤וֹת and gave thanks wə·hō·w·ḏō·wṯ לַיהוָה֙ to YHWH : Yah·weh כִּ֣י “ For kî ט֔וֹב He is good ; ṭō·wḇ כִּ֥י - kî חַסְדּֽוֹ׃ His loving devotion ḥas·dōw לְעוֹלָ֖ם endures forever . ” lə·‘ō·w·lām 2 Chronicles 7:4 וְהַמֶּ֖לֶךְ Then the king wə·ham·me·leḵ וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl הָעָ֑ם the people hā·‘ām זֹבְחִ֥ים offered zō·ḇə·ḥîm זֶ֖בַח sacrifices ze·ḇaḥ לִפְנֵ֥י before lip̄·nê יְהוָֽה׃ס YHWH . Yah·weh 2 Chronicles 7:5 הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ And King ham·me·leḵ שְׁלֹמֹה֮ Solomon šə·lō·mōh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיִּזְבַּ֞ח offered way·yiz·baḥ זֶ֣בַח a sacrifice ze·ḇaḥ עֶשְׂרִ֤ים of 22,000 ‘eś·rîm וּשְׁנַ֙יִם֙ . . . ū·šə·na·yim אֶ֔לֶף . . . ’e·lep̄ הַבָּקָ֗ר oxen hab·bā·qār מֵאָ֥ה and 120,000 mê·’āh וְעֶשְׂרִ֖ים . . . wə·‘eś·rîm אָ֑לֶף . . . ’ā·lep̄ וְצֹ֕אן sheep . wə·ṣōn הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ So the king ham·me·leḵ וְכָל־ and all wə·ḵāl הָעָֽם׃ the people hā·‘ām וַֽיַּחְנְכוּ֙ dedicated way·yaḥ·nə·ḵū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בֵּ֣ית the house bêṯ הָֽאֱלֹהִ֔ים of God . hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm 2 Chronicles 7:6 וְהַכֹּהֲנִ֞ים The priests wə·hak·kō·hă·nîm
