2 Kings 21:26 וַיִּקְבֹּ֥ר And he was buried way·yiq·bōr אֹת֛וֹ - ’ō·ṯōw בִּקְבֻרָת֖וֹ in his tomb biq·ḇu·rā·ṯōw בְּגַן־ in the garden bə·ḡan- עֻזָּ֑א of Uzza , ‘uz·zā בְנ֖וֹ and his son ḇə·nōw יֹאשִׁיָּ֥הוּ Josiah yō·šî·yā·hū וַיִּמְלֹ֛ךְ reigned way·yim·lōḵ תַּחְתָּֽיו׃פ in his place . taḥ·tāw 2 Kings 22:1 יֹאשִׁיָּ֣הוּ Josiah yō·šî·yā·hū שְׁמֹנֶ֤ה was eight šə·mō·neh בֶּן־ years old ben- שָׁנָה֙ . . . šā·nāh בְמָלְכ֔וֹ when he became king , ḇə·mā·lə·ḵōw מָלַ֖ךְ and he reigned mā·laḵ בִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם in Jerusalem bî·rū·šā·lim וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֤ים thirty-one ū·šə·lō·šîm וְאַחַת֙ . . . wə·’a·ḥaṯ שָׁנָ֔ה years . šā·nāh אִמּ֔וֹ His mother’s ’im·mōw וְשֵׁ֣ם name wə·šêm יְדִידָ֥ה was Jedidah yə·ḏî·ḏāh בַת־ daughter ḇaṯ- עֲדָ֖יָה of Adaiah ; ‘ă·ḏā·yāh מִבָּצְקַֽת׃ she was from Bozkath . mib·bā·ṣə·qaṯ 2 Kings 22:2 וַיַּ֥עַשׂ And he did way·ya·‘aś הַיָּשָׁ֖ר [what was] right hay·yā·šār בְּעֵינֵ֣י in the eyes bə·‘ê·nê יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH Yah·weh וַיֵּ֗לֶךְ and walked way·yê·leḵ בְּכָל־ in all bə·ḵāl דֶּ֙רֶךְ֙ the ways de·reḵ אָבִ֔יו of his father ’ā·ḇîw דָּוִ֣ד David ; dā·wiḏ וְלֹא־ he did not wə·lō- סָ֖ר turn aside sār יָמִ֥ין to the right yā·mîn וּשְׂמֹֽאול׃פ or to the left . ū·śə·mō·wl 2 Kings 22:3 וַיְהִ֗י Now way·hî בִּשְׁמֹנֶ֤ה in the eighteenth biš·mō·neh עֶשְׂרֵה֙ . . . ‘eś·rêh שָׁנָ֔ה year šā·nāh לַמֶּ֖לֶךְ of his reign , lam·me·leḵ הַ֠מֶּלֶךְ King ham·me·leḵ יֹאשִׁיָּ֑הוּ Josiah yō·šî·yā·hū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- שָׁלַ֣ח sent šā·laḥ הַסֹּפֵ֔ר the scribe , has·sō·p̄êr שָׁפָ֨ן Shaphan šā·p̄ān בֶּן־ son ben- אֲצַלְיָ֤הוּ of Azaliah , ’ă·ṣal·yā·hū בֶן־ the son ḇen- מְשֻׁלָּם֙ of Meshullam , mə·šul·lām בֵּ֥ית to the house bêṯ יְהוָ֖ה of YHWH , Yah·weh לֵאמֹֽר׃ saying , lê·mōr 2 Kings 22:4 עֲלֵ֗ה “ Go up ‘ă·lêh אֶל־ to ’el- חִלְקִיָּ֙הוּ֙ Hilkiah ḥil·qî·yā·hū הַגָּד֔וֹל the high hag·gā·ḏō·wl הַכֹּהֵ֣ן priest hak·kō·hên וְיַתֵּ֣ם and have him count wə·yat·têm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַכֶּ֔סֶף the money hak·ke·sep̄ הַמּוּבָ֖א that has been brought ham·mū·ḇā בֵּ֣ית into the house bêṯ יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH , Yah·weh אֲשֶׁ֥ר which ’ă·šer שֹׁמְרֵ֥י vvv šō·mə·rê הַסַּ֖ף the doorkeepers has·sap̄ מֵאֵ֥ת . . . mê·’êṯ אָסְפ֛וּ have collected ’ā·sə·p̄ū הָעָֽם׃ from the people . hā·‘ām 2 Kings 22:5 וְיִתְּנֹה And let them deliver it wə·yit·tə·nōh עַל־ into ‘al- יַד֙ the hands yaḏ הַמֻּפְקָדִ֖ים of the supervisors ham·mup̄·qā·ḏîm עֹשֵׂ֣י of those doing ‘ō·śê הַמְּלָאכָ֔ה the work ham·mə·lā·ḵāh בְּבֵית on the house bə·ḇēṯ יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH , Yah·weh וְיִתְּנ֣וּ who in turn are to give wə·yit·tə·nū אֹת֗וֹ it ’ō·ṯōw לְעֹשֵׂ֤י to the workmen lə·‘ō·śê
