2 Kings 14:29 יָֽרָבְעָם֙ And Jeroboam yā·rā·ḇə·‘ām וַיִּשְׁכַּ֤ב rested way·yiš·kaḇ עִם־ with ‘im- אֲבֹתָ֔יו his fathers , ’ă·ḇō·ṯāw עִ֖ם . . . ‘im מַלְכֵ֣י the kings mal·ḵê יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל of Israel . yiś·rā·’êl בְנ֖וֹ And his son ḇə·nōw זְכַרְיָ֥ה Zechariah zə·ḵar·yāh וַיִּמְלֹ֛ךְ reigned way·yim·lōḵ תַּחְתָּֽיו׃פ in his place . taḥ·tāw 2 Kings 15:1 עֶשְׂרִ֤ים In the twenty-seventh ‘eś·rîm וָשֶׁ֙בַע֙ . . . wā·še·ḇa‘ שָׁנָ֔ה . . . šā·nāh בִּשְׁנַ֨ת year biš·naṯ לְיָרָבְעָ֖ם of Jeroboam’s lə·yā·rā·ḇə·‘ām מֶ֣לֶךְ reign me·leḵ יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל over Israel , yiś·rā·’êl עֲזַרְיָ֥ה Azariah ‘ă·zar·yāh בֶן־ son ḇen- אֲמַצְיָ֖ה of Amaziah ’ă·maṣ·yāh מָלַ֛ךְ became king mā·laḵ מֶ֥לֶךְ . . . me·leḵ יְהוּדָֽה׃ of Judah . yə·hū·ḏāh 2 Kings 15:2 הָיָ֣ה He was hā·yāh שֵׁ֨שׁ sixteen šêš עֶשְׂרֵ֤ה . . . ‘eś·rêh בֶּן־ years old ben- שָׁנָה֙ . . . šā·nāh בְמָלְכ֔וֹ when he became king , ḇə·mā·lə·ḵōw מָלַ֖ךְ and he reigned mā·laḵ בִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם in Jerusalem bî·rū·šā·lim וַחֲמִשִּׁ֤ים fifty-two wa·ḥă·miš·šîm וּשְׁתַּ֙יִם֙ . . . ū·šə·ta·yim שָׁנָ֔ה years . šā·nāh אִמּ֔וֹ His mother’s ’im·mōw וְשֵׁ֣ם name wə·šêm יְכָלְיָ֖הוּ was Jecoliah ; yə·ḵā·lə·yā·hū מִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ she was from Jerusalem . mî·rū·šā·lim 2 Kings 15:3 וַיַּ֥עַשׂ And he did way·ya·‘aś הַיָּשָׁ֖ר [what was] right hay·yā·šār בְּעֵינֵ֣י in the eyes bə·‘ê·nê יְהוָ֑ה of YHWH , Yah·weh כְּכֹ֥ל just as kə·ḵōl אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- אָבִֽיו׃ his father ’ā·ḇîw אֲמַצְיָ֥הוּ Amaziah ’ă·maṣ·yā·hū עָשָׂ֖ה had done . ‘ā·śāh 2 Kings 15:4 רַ֥ק Nevertheless , raq הַבָּמ֖וֹת the high places hab·bā·mō·wṯ לֹא־ were not lō- סָ֑רוּ taken away ; sā·rū הָעָ֛ם the people hā·‘ām ע֥וֹד continued ‘ō·wḏ מְזַבְּחִ֥ים sacrificing mə·zab·bə·ḥîm וּֽמְקַטְּרִ֖ים and burning incense ū·mə·qaṭ·ṭə·rîm בַּבָּמֽוֹת׃ [there] . bab·bā·mō·wṯ 2 Kings 15:5 יְהוָ֜ה And YHWH Yah·weh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיְנַגַּ֨ע afflicted way·nag·ga‘ הַמֶּ֗לֶךְ the king ham·me·leḵ וַיְהִ֤י . . . way·hî מְצֹרָע֙ with leprosy mə·ṣō·rā‘ עַד־ until ‘aḏ- י֣וֹם the day yō·wm מֹת֔וֹ he died , mō·ṯōw וַיֵּ֖שֶׁב so that he lived way·yê·šeḇ הַחָפְשִׁ֑ית in a separate ha·ḥā·p̄ə·šîṯ בְּבֵ֣ית house bə·ḇêṯ הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ while [his] ham·me·leḵ בֶּן־ son ben- וְיוֹתָ֤ם Jotham wə·yō·w·ṯām עַל־ had charge of ‘al- הַבַּ֔יִת the palace hab·ba·yiṯ שֹׁפֵ֖ט and governed šō·p̄êṭ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עַ֥ם the people ‘am הָאָֽרֶץ׃ of the land . hā·’ā·reṣ 2 Kings 15:6 וְיֶ֛תֶר As for the rest wə·ye·ṯer
