Numbers 33:49 בְּעַֽרְבֹ֖ת And there on the plains bə·‘ar·ḇōṯ מוֹאָֽב׃ס of Moab mō·w·’āḇ וַיַּחֲנ֤וּ they camped way·ya·ḥă·nū עַל־ by ‘al- הַיַּרְדֵּן֙ the Jordan , hay·yar·dên מִבֵּ֣ית vvv mib·bêṯ הַיְשִׁמֹ֔ת from Beth-jeshimoth hay·ši·mōṯ עַ֖ד to ‘aḏ אָבֵ֣ל vvv ’ā·ḇêl הַשִּׁטִּ֑ים Abel-shittim . haš·šiṭ·ṭîm Numbers 33:50 בְּעַֽרְבֹ֣ת On the plains bə·‘ar·ḇōṯ מוֹאָ֑ב of Moab mō·w·’āḇ עַל־ by ‘al- יַרְדֵּ֥ן the Jordan yar·dên יְרֵח֖וֹ across from Jericho yə·rê·ḥōw לֵאמֹֽר׃ . . . , lê·mōr יְהוָ֛ה YHWH Yah·weh וַיְדַבֵּ֧ר said way·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֖ה Moses , mō·šeh Numbers 33:51 דַּבֵּר֙ “ Speak dab·bêr אֶל־ to ’el- בְּנֵ֣י the Israelites bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל . . . yiś·rā·’êl וְאָמַרְתָּ֖ and tell wə·’ā·mar·tā אֲלֵהֶ֑ם them : ’ă·lê·hem כִּ֥י When kî אַתֶּ֛ם you ’at·tem עֹבְרִ֥ים cross ‘ō·ḇə·rîm אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַיַּרְדֵּ֖ן the Jordan hay·yar·dên אֶל־ into ’el- אֶ֥רֶץ the land ’e·reṣ כְּנָֽעַן׃ of Canaan , kə·nā·‘an Numbers 33:52 וְה֨וֹרַשְׁתֶּ֜ם you must drive out wə·hō·w·raš·tem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- מִפְּנֵיכֶ֔ם before you mip·pə·nê·ḵem כָּל־ all kāl- יֹשְׁבֵ֤י the inhabitants yō·šə·ḇê הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ of the land , hā·’ā·reṣ וְאִ֨בַּדְתֶּ֔ם destroy wə·’ib·baḏ·tem אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ כָּל־ all kāl- מַשְׂכִּיֹּתָ֑ם their carved images maś·kî·yō·ṯām וְאֵ֨ת - wə·’êṯ כָּל־ - kāl- מַסֵּֽכֹתָם֙ and cast mas·sê·ḵō·ṯām צַלְמֵ֤י idols , ṣal·mê תְּאַבֵּ֔דוּ - tə·’ab·bê·ḏū וְאֵ֥ת and wə·’êṯ תַּשְׁמִֽידוּ׃ demolish taš·mî·ḏū כָּל־ all kāl- בָּמֹתָ֖ם their high places . bā·mō·ṯām Numbers 33:53 וְהוֹרַשְׁתֶּ֥ם You are to take possession of wə·hō·w·raš·tem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָאָ֖רֶץ the land hā·’ā·reṣ וִֽישַׁבְתֶּם־ and settle wî·šaḇ·tem- בָּ֑הּ in it , bāh כִּ֥י for kî נָתַ֥תִּי I have given nā·ṯat·tî לָכֶ֛ם you lā·ḵem אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָאָ֖רֶץ the land hā·’ā·reṣ לָרֶ֥שֶׁת to possess lā·re·šeṯ אֹתָֽהּ׃ - . ’ō·ṯāh Numbers 33:54 וְהִתְנַחַלְתֶּם֩ And you are to divide wə·hiṯ·na·ḥal·tem הָאָ֨רֶץ the land hā·’ā·reṣ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּגוֹרָ֜ל by lot bə·ḡō·w·rāl לְמִשְׁפְּחֹֽתֵיכֶ֗ם according to your clans . lə·miš·pə·ḥō·ṯê·ḵem תַּרְבּ֤וּ Give a larger tar·bū אֶת־ - ’eṯ- נַחֲלָתוֹ֙ inheritance na·ḥă·lā·ṯōw לָרַ֞ב to a larger clan lā·raḇ תַּמְעִ֣יט and a smaller tam·‘îṭ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- נַחֲלָת֔וֹ inheritance na·ḥă·lā·ṯōw אֶל֩ . . . ’el וְלַמְעַט֙ to a smaller one . wə·lam·‘aṭ אֲשֶׁר־ Whatever ’ă·šer- יֵ֨צֵא falls yê·ṣê ל֥וֹ to each one lōw הַגּוֹרָ֖ל by lot hag·gō·w·rāl
