וְנִסְכֵּיהֶֽם׃פ and drink offerings . wə·nis·kê·hem Numbers 29:12 וּבַחֲמִשָּׁה֩ On the fifteenth ū·ḇa·ḥă·miš·šāh עָשָׂ֨ר . . . ‘ā·śār י֜וֹם day yō·wm הַשְּׁבִיעִ֗י of the seventh haš·šə·ḇî·‘î לַחֹ֣דֶשׁ month , la·ḥō·ḏeš יִהְיֶ֣ה you are to hold yih·yeh לָכֶ֔ם lā·ḵem קֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ a sacred qō·ḏeš מִֽקְרָא־ assembly ; miq·rā- לֹ֣א you must not lō תַעֲשׂ֑וּ do ṯa·‘ă·śū כָּל־ any kāl- מְלֶ֥אכֶת regular work mə·le·ḵeṯ עֲבֹדָ֖ה . . . , ‘ă·ḇō·ḏāh וְחַגֹּתֶ֥ם and you shall observe wə·ḥag·gō·ṯem חַ֛ג a feast ḥaḡ לַיהוָ֖ה to YHWH Yah·weh שִׁבְעַ֥ת for seven šiḇ·‘aṯ יָמִֽים׃ days . yā·mîm Numbers 29:13 נִיחֹ֙חַ֙ As a pleasing nî·ḥō·aḥ רֵ֤יחַ aroma rê·aḥ לַֽיהוָ֔ה to YHWH , Yah·weh וְהִקְרַבְתֶּ֨ם you are to present wə·hiq·raḇ·tem אִשֵּׁ֨ה an offering made by fire , ’iš·šêh עֹלָ֜ה a burnt offering ‘ō·lāh שְׁלֹשָׁ֥ה of thirteen šə·lō·šāh עָשָׂ֖ר . . . ‘ā·śār בְּנֵי־ young bə·nê- בָקָ֛ר . . . ḇā·qār פָּרִ֧ים bulls , pā·rîm שְׁנָ֑יִם two šə·nā·yim אֵילִ֣ם rams , ’ê·lim אַרְבָּעָ֥ה [and] fourteen ’ar·bā·‘āh עָשָׂ֖ר . . . ‘ā·śār כְּבָשִׂ֧ים male lambs kə·ḇā·śîm בְּנֵֽי־ a year old bə·nê- שָׁנָ֛ה . . . , šā·nāh יִהְיֽוּ׃ all yih·yū תְּמִימִ֥ם unblemished , tə·mî·mim Numbers 29:14 וּמִנְחָתָ֔ם along with the grain offering ū·min·ḥā·ṯām שְׁלֹשָׁ֨ה of three-tenths [of an ephah] šə·lō·šāh עֶשְׂרֹנִ֜ים . . . ‘eś·rō·nîm סֹ֖לֶת of fine flour sō·leṯ בְּלוּלָ֣ה mixed bə·lū·lāh בַשָּׁ֑מֶן with oil ḇaš·šā·men הָֽאֶחָ֗ד with each hā·’e·ḥāḏ לִשְׁלֹשָׁ֤ה of the thirteen liš·lō·šāh עָשָׂר֙ . . . ‘ā·śār פָּרִ֔ים . . . pā·rîm לַפָּ֣ר bulls , lap·pār שְׁנֵ֤י two-tenths [of an ephah] šə·nê עֶשְׂרֹנִים֙ . . . ‘eś·rō·nîm הָֽאֶחָ֔ד with each hā·’e·ḥāḏ לִשְׁנֵ֖י of the two liš·nê הָאֵילִֽם׃ . . . hā·’ê·lim לָאַ֣יִל rams , lā·’a·yil Numbers 29:15 וְעִשָּׂרׄוֹן֙ and a tenth [of an ephah] wə·ʿiś·śå̄·rōn עִשָּׂר֔וֹן . . . ‘iś·śā·rō·wn הָאֶחָ֑ד with each hā·’e·ḥāḏ לְאַרְבָּעָ֥ה of the fourteen lə·’ar·bā·‘āh עָשָׂ֖ר . . . ‘ā·śār כְּבָשִֽׂים׃ . . . kə·ḇā·śîm לַכֶּ֖בֶשׂ lambs . lak·ke·ḇeś Numbers 29:16 אֶחָ֖ד Include one ’e·ḥāḏ וּשְׂעִיר־ male goat ū·śə·‘îr- עִזִּ֥ים . . . ‘iz·zîm חַטָּ֑את as a sin offering , ḥaṭ·ṭāṯ מִלְּבַד֙ in addition to mil·lə·ḇaḏ הַתָּמִ֔יד the regular hat·tā·mîḏ עֹלַ֣ת burnt offering ‘ō·laṯ מִנְחָתָ֖הּ with its grain offering min·ḥā·ṯāh וְנִסְכָּֽהּ׃ס and drink offering . wə·nis·kāh Numbers 29:17 הַשֵּׁנִ֗י On the second haš·šê·nî וּבַיּ֣וֹם day ū·ḇay·yō·wm שְׁנֵ֥ים [you are to present] twelve šə·nêm עָשָׂ֖ר . . . ‘ā·śār פָּרִ֧ים young bulls , pā·rîm שְׁנָ֑יִם two šə·nā·yim אֵילִ֣ם rams , ’ê·lim אַרְבָּעָ֥ה [and] fourteen ’ar·bā·‘āh עָשָׂ֖ר . . . ‘ā·śār
