בָּקָ֔ר oxen — bā·qār וְשׁ֣וֹר an ox wə·šō·wr לְאֶחָ֑ד from each [leader] lə·’e·ḥāḏ עֲגָלָ֛ה and a cart ‘ă·ḡā·lāh עַל־ from ‘al- שְׁנֵ֥י every two šə·nê הַנְּשִׂאִ֖ים leaders — han·nə·śi·’îm וַיַּקְרִ֥יבוּ and presented way·yaq·rî·ḇū אוֹתָ֖ם them ’ō·w·ṯām לִפְנֵ֥י before lip̄·nê הַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃ the tabernacle . ham·miš·kān Numbers 7:4 יְהוָ֖ה And YHWH Yah·weh וַיֹּ֥אמֶר said way·yō·mer אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֥ה Moses mō·šeh לֵּאמֹֽר׃ . . . , lê·mōr Numbers 7:5 קַ֚ח “ Accept these [gifts] qaḥ מֵֽאִתָּ֔ם from them , mê·’it·tām וְהָי֕וּ that they may be wə·hā·yū לַעֲבֹ֕ד used la·‘ă·ḇōḏ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- עֲבֹדַ֖ת in the work ‘ă·ḇō·ḏaṯ אֹ֣הֶל of the Tent ’ō·hel מוֹעֵ֑ד of Meeting . mō·w·‘êḏ וְנָתַתָּ֤ה And give wə·nā·ṯat·tāh אוֹתָם֙ them ’ō·w·ṯām אֶל־ to ’el- הַלְוִיִּ֔ם the Levites , hal·wî·yim אִ֖ישׁ to each man ’îš כְּפִ֥י according to kə·p̄î עֲבֹדָתֽוֹ׃ his service . ” ‘ă·ḇō·ḏā·ṯōw Numbers 7:6 מֹשֶׁ֔ה So Moses mō·šeh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- וַיִּקַּ֣ח took way·yiq·qaḥ הָעֲגָלֹ֖ת the carts hā·‘ă·ḡā·lōṯ וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- הַבָּקָ֑ר and oxen hab·bā·qār וַיִּתֵּ֥ן and gave way·yit·tên אוֹתָ֖ם them ’ō·w·ṯām אֶל־ to ’el- הַלְוִיִּֽם׃ the Levites . hal·wî·yim Numbers 7:7 אֵ֣ת׀ - ’êṯ נָתַ֖ן He gave nā·ṯan לִבְנֵ֣י the Gershonites liḇ·nê גֵרְשׁ֑וֹן . . . ḡê·rə·šō·wn שְׁתֵּ֣י two šə·tê הָעֲגָלֹ֗ת carts hā·‘ă·ḡā·lōṯ וְאֵת֙ - wə·’êṯ אַרְבַּ֣עַת and four ’ar·ba·‘aṯ הַבָּקָ֔ר oxen , hab·bā·qār עֲבֹדָתָֽם׃ as their service ‘ă·ḇō·ḏā·ṯām כְּפִ֖י required , kə·p̄î Numbers 7:8 וְאֵ֣ת׀ and wə·’êṯ נָתַ֖ן he gave nā·ṯan לִבְנֵ֣י the Merarites liḇ·nê מְרָרִ֑י . . . mə·rā·rî אַרְבַּ֣ע four ’ar·ba‘ הָעֲגָלֹ֗ת carts hā·‘ă·ḡā·lōṯ וְאֵת֙ - wə·’êṯ שְׁמֹנַ֣ת and eight šə·mō·naṯ הַבָּקָ֔ר oxen , hab·bā·qār עֲבֹ֣דָתָ֔ם as their service ‘ă·ḇō·ḏā·ṯām כְּפִי֙ required , kə·p̄î בְּיַד֙ all under the direction bə·yaḏ אִֽיתָמָ֔ר of Ithamar ’î·ṯā·mār בֶּֽן־ son ben- אַהֲרֹ֖ן of Aaron ’a·hă·rōn הַכֹּהֵֽן׃ the priest . hak·kō·hên Numbers 7:9 לֹ֣א But he did not lō נָתָ֑ן give [any] nā·ṯān וְלִבְנֵ֥י to the Kohathites wə·liḇ·nê קְהָ֖ת . . . , qə·hāṯ כִּֽי־ since kî- יִשָּֽׂאוּ׃ they were to carry yiś·śā·’ū עֲלֵהֶ֔ם on their ‘ă·lê·hem בַּכָּתֵ֖ף shoulders bak·kā·ṯêp̄ הַקֹּ֙דֶשׁ֙ the holy objects haq·qō·ḏeš עֲבֹדַ֤ת for which they were responsible . ‘ă·ḇō·ḏaṯ Numbers 7:10 בְּי֖וֹם When bə·yō·wm
