Leviticus 3:17 עוֹלָם֙ This is a permanent ‘ō·w·lām חֻקַּ֤ת statute ḥuq·qaṯ לְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם for the generations to come , lə·ḏō·rō·ṯê·ḵem בְּכֹ֖ל wherever bə·ḵōl מֽוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶ֑ם you live : mō·wō·šə·ḇō·ṯê·ḵem לֹ֥א You must not lō תֹאכֵֽלוּ׃פ eat ṯō·ḵê·lū כָּל־ any kāl- חֵ֥לֶב fat ḥê·leḇ וְכָל־ or any wə·ḵāl דָּ֖ם blood . ” dām Leviticus 4:1 יְהוָ֖ה Then YHWH Yah·weh וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר said way·ḏab·bêr אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֥ה Moses mō·šeh לֵּאמֹֽר׃ . . . , lê·mōr Leviticus 4:2 דַּבֵּ֞ר “ Tell dab·bêr אֶל־ . . . ’el- בְּנֵ֣י the Israelites bə·nê יִשְׂרָאֵ֘ל . . . yiś·rå̄·ʾēl לֵאמֹר֒ to lê·mōr כִּֽי־ do as follows kî- נֶ֗פֶשׁ with one ne·p̄eš תֶחֱטָ֤א who sins ṯe·ḥĕ·ṭā בִשְׁגָגָה֙ unintentionally ḇiš·ḡā·ḡāh מִכֹּל֙ against any mik·kōl יְהוָ֔ה of YHWH’s Yah·weh אֲשֶׁ֖ר - ’ă·šer מִצְוֺ֣ת commandments miṣ·wōṯ תֵעָשֶׂ֑ינָה and does ṯê·‘ā·śe·nāh וְעָשָׂ֕ה . . . wə·‘ā·śāh מֵאַחַ֖ת what is mê·’a·ḥaṯ לֹ֣א forbidden lō מֵהֵֽנָּה׃ by them : mê·hên·nāh Leviticus 4:3 אִ֣ם If ’im הַמָּשִׁ֛יחַ the anointed ham·mā·šî·aḥ הַכֹּהֵ֧ן priest hak·kō·hên יֶחֱטָ֖א sins , ye·ḥĕ·ṭā לְאַשְׁמַ֣ת bringing guilt lə·’aš·maṯ הָעָ֑ם on the people , hā·‘ām וְהִקְרִ֡יב he must bring wə·hiq·rîḇ לַיהוָ֖ה to YHWH Yah·weh פַּ֣ר a young bull par תָּמִ֛ים without blemish tā·mîm בֶּן־ . . . ben- בָּקָ֥ר . . . bā·qār עַ֣ל as ‘al חַטָּאתוֹ֩ a sin offering ḥaṭ·ṭā·ṯōw אֲשֶׁ֨ר - ’ă·šer לְחַטָּֽאת׃ for the sin lə·ḥaṭ·ṭāṯ חָטָ֜א he has committed . ḥā·ṭā Leviticus 4:4 וְהֵבִ֣יא He must bring wə·hê·ḇî אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַפָּ֗ר the bull hap·pār אֶל־ to ’el- פֶּ֛תַח the entrance pe·ṯaḥ אֹ֥הֶל to the Tent ’ō·hel מוֹעֵ֖ד of Meeting mō·w·‘êḏ לִפְנֵ֣י before lip̄·nê יְהוָ֑ה YHWH , Yah·weh וְסָמַ֤ךְ lay wə·sā·maḵ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יָדוֹ֙ his hand yā·ḏōw עַל־ on ‘al- הַפָּ֔ר the bull’s hap·pār רֹ֣אשׁ head , rōš וְשָׁחַ֥ט and slaughter wə·šā·ḥaṭ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַפָּ֖ר it hap·pār לִפְנֵ֥י before lip̄·nê יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH . Yah·weh Leviticus 4:5 הַמָּשִׁ֖יחַ Then the anointed ham·mā·šî·aḥ הַכֹּהֵ֥ן priest hak·kō·hên וְלָקַ֛ח shall take wə·lā·qaḥ הַפָּ֑ר some of the bull’s hap·pār מִדַּ֣ם blood mid·dam וְהֵבִ֥יא and bring wə·hê·ḇî אֹת֖וֹ it ’ō·ṯōw אֶל־ into ’el- אֹ֥הֶל the Tent ’ō·hel מוֹעֵֽד׃ of Meeting . mō·w·‘êḏ
