הֵבִ֨יאוּ continued to bring hê·ḇî·’ū אֵלָ֥יו . . . ’ê·lāw ע֛וֹד . . . ‘ō·wḏ נְדָבָ֖ה freewill offerings nə·ḏā·ḇāh בַּבֹּ֥קֶר morning bab·bō·qer בַּבֹּֽקֶר׃ after morning , bab·bō·qer Exodus 36:4 כָּל־ so that all kāl- הַ֣חֲכָמִ֔ים the skilled craftsmen ha·ḥă·ḵā·mîm הָעֹשִׂ֕ים who were doing hā·‘ō·śîm אֵ֖ת - ’êṯ כָּל־ all kāl- מְלֶ֣אכֶת the work mə·le·ḵeṯ הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ on the sanctuary haq·qō·ḏeš וַיָּבֹ֙אוּ֙ left way·yā·ḇō·’ū אִֽישׁ־ - ’îš- אִ֥ישׁ - ’îš מִמְּלַאכְתּ֖וֹ their work mim·mə·laḵ·tōw אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- הֵ֥מָּה - hêm·māh עֹשִֽׂים׃ . . . ‘ō·śîm Exodus 36:5 וַיֹּאמְרוּ֙ and said way·yō·mə·rū אֶל־ to ’el- מֹשֶׁ֣ה Moses mō·šeh לֵּאמֹ֔ר . . . , lê·mōr הָעָ֖ם “ The people hā·‘ām לְהָבִ֑יא are bringing lə·hā·ḇî מַרְבִּ֥ים more mar·bîm מִדֵּ֤י than enough mid·dê הָֽעֲבֹדָה֙ for doing hā·‘ă·ḇō·ḏāh לַמְּלָאכָ֔ה the work lam·mə·lā·ḵāh אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- יְהוָ֖ה YHWH Yah·weh צִוָּ֥ה has commanded ṣiw·wāh אֹתָֽהּ׃ us ’ō·ṯāh לַעֲשֹׂ֥ת to do . ” la·‘ă·śōṯ Exodus 36:6 מֹשֶׁ֗ה After Moses mō·šeh וַיְצַ֣ו had given an order , way·ṣaw וַיַּעֲבִ֨ירוּ they sent way·ya·‘ă·ḇî·rū ק֥וֹל a proclamation qō·wl בַּֽמַּחֲנֶה֮ throughout the camp : bam·ma·ḥă·neh לֵאמֹר֒ . . . lê·mōr אַל־ “ No ’al- אִ֣ישׁ man ’îš וְאִשָּׁ֗ה or woman wə·’iš·šāh יַעֲשׂוּ־ should make ya·‘ă·śū- מְלָאכָ֖ה anything mə·lā·ḵāh ע֛וֹד else ‘ō·wḏ לִתְרוּמַ֣ת as an offering liṯ·rū·maṯ הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ for the sanctuary . ” haq·qō·ḏeš הָעָ֖ם So the people hā·‘ām וַיִּכָּלֵ֥א were restrained way·yik·kā·lê מֵהָבִֽיא׃ from bringing more , mê·hā·ḇî Exodus 36:7 הָיְתָ֥ה since what they already had hā·yə·ṯāh וְהוֹתֵֽר׃ס was more wə·hō·w·ṯêr דַיָּ֛ם than enough ḏay·yām לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת to perform la·‘ă·śō·wṯ אֹתָ֑הּ - ’ō·ṯāh לְכָל־ all lə·ḵāl הַמְּלָאכָ֖ה . . . ham·mə·lā·ḵāh וְהַמְּלָאכָ֗ה the work . wə·ham·mə·lā·ḵāh Exodus 36:8 כָל־ All ḵāl חֲכַם־ the skilled craftsmen ḥă·ḵam- לֵ֜ב . . . lêḇ וַיַּעֲשׂ֨וּ among the workmen way·ya·‘ă·śū הַמְּלָאכָ֛ה . . . ham·mə·lā·ḵāh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- בְּעֹשֵׂ֧י made bə·‘ō·śê עֶ֣שֶׂר the ten ‘e·śer יְרִיעֹ֑ת curtains yə·rî·‘ōṯ הַמִּשְׁכָּ֖ן for the tabernacle . ham·miš·kān עָשָׂ֥ה They were made ‘ā·śāh אֹתָֽם׃ - ’ō·ṯām מָשְׁזָ֗ר of finely spun mā·šə·zār שֵׁ֣שׁ linen , šêš וּתְכֵ֤לֶת as well as blue , ū·ṯə·ḵê·leṯ וְאַרְגָּמָן֙ purple , wə·’ar·gā·mān וְתוֹלַ֣עַת and scarlet yarn wə·ṯō·w·la·‘aṯ שָׁנִ֔י . . . , šā·nî כְּרֻבִ֛ים with cherubim kə·ru·ḇîm חֹשֵׁ֖ב skillfully ḥō·šêḇ מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה worked into them . ma·‘ă·śêh Exodus 36:9 הָֽאַחַ֗ת Each hā·’a·ḥaṯ
