וּמָדַ֖ד and measured [it] . ū·mā·ḏaḏ כַּמִּדּ֥וֹת It had the same measurements kam·mid·dō·wṯ הָאֵֽלֶּה׃ as the others , hā·’êl·leh Ezekiel 40:36 תָּאוֹ as did its gate chambers , tå̄·ʾō אֵלוֹ side pillars , ʾē·lō וְאֵלַמּוֹ and portico . wə·ʾē·lam·mō וְחַלּוֹנ֥וֹת It also had windows wə·ḥal·lō·w·nō·wṯ ל֖וֹ lōw סָבִ֣יב׀ all around sā·ḇîḇ סָבִ֑יב . . . . sā·ḇîḇ חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים [It was] fifty ḥă·miš·šîm אַמָּ֔ה cubits ’am·māh אֹ֚רֶךְ long ’ō·reḵ וְעֶשְׂרִ֖ים and twenty-five wə·‘eś·rîm חָמֵ֥שׁ . . . ḥā·mêš אַמָּֽה׃ cubits ’am·māh וְרֹ֕חַב wide . wə·rō·ḥaḇ Ezekiel 40:37 וְאֵילוֹ Its portico wə·ʾē·lō הַחִ֣יצוֹנָ֔ה faced the outer ha·ḥî·ṣō·w·nāh לֶֽחָצֵר֙ court , le·ḥā·ṣêr אֵילוֹ and its side pillars ʾē·lō וְתִמֹרִ֥ים were decorated with palm trees wə·ṯi·mō·rîm אֶל־ . . . ’el- מִפּ֣וֹ on each side mip·pōw וּמִפּ֑וֹ . . . . ū·mip·pōw וּשְׁמֹנֶ֥ה Eight ū·šə·mō·neh מַעֲל֖וֹת steps ma·‘ă·lō·wṯ מַעֲלוֹ׃ led up to it . ma·ʿă·lō Ezekiel 40:38 וְלִשְׁכָּ֣ה There was a chamber wə·liš·kāh וּפִתְחָ֔הּ with a doorway ū·p̄iṯ·ḥāh בְּאֵילִ֖ים by the portico bə·’ê·lîm הַשְּׁעָרִ֑ים in each of the inner gateways . haš·šə·‘ā·rîm שָׁ֖ם There šām הָעֹלָֽה׃ the burnt offering hā·‘ō·lāh יָדִ֥יחוּ was to be washed yā·ḏî·ḥū אֶת־ - . ’eṯ- Ezekiel 40:39 וּבְאֻלָ֣ם Inside the portico ū·ḇə·’u·lām הַשַּׁ֗עַר of the gateway haš·ša·‘ar שְׁנַ֤יִם [were] two šə·na·yim שֻׁלְחָנוֹת֙ tables šul·ḥā·nō·wṯ מִפּ֔וֹ on each side , mip·pōw וּשְׁנַ֥יִם . . . ū·šə·na·yim שֻׁלְחָנ֖וֹת . . . šul·ḥā·nō·wṯ מִפֹּ֑ה . . . mip·pōh אֲלֵיהֶם֙ on which ’ă·lê·hem הָעוֹלָ֔ה the burnt offerings , hā·‘ō·w·lāh וְהַחַטָּ֖את sin offerings , wə·ha·ḥaṭ·ṭāṯ וְהָאָשָֽׁם׃ and guilt offerings wə·hā·’ā·šām לִשְׁח֤וֹט were to be slaughtered . liš·ḥō·wṭ Ezekiel 40:40 מִח֗וּצָה Outside , mi·ḥū·ṣāh לָעוֹלֶה֙ as one goes up lā·‘ō·w·leh לְפֶ֙תַח֙ to the entrance lə·p̄e·ṯaḥ הַצָּפ֔וֹנָה of the north haṣ·ṣā·p̄ō·w·nāh הַשַּׁ֣עַר gateway , haš·ša·‘ar שְׁנַ֖יִם there were two šə·na·yim שֻׁלְחָנ֑וֹת tables šul·ḥā·nō·wṯ וְאֶל־ on wə·’el- הַכָּתֵ֣ף one side hak·kā·ṯêp̄ שְׁנַ֖יִם and two šə·na·yim שֻׁלְחָנֽוֹת׃ more tables šul·ḥā·nō·wṯ וְאֶל־ on wə·’el- הָאַחֶ֗רֶת the other hā·’a·ḥe·reṯ אֲשֶׁר֙ - ’ă·šer הַכָּתֵ֣ף side hak·kā·ṯêp̄ הַשַּׁ֔עַר of the gate’s haš·ša·‘ar לְאֻלָ֣ם portico . lə·’u·lām Ezekiel 40:41 אַרְבָּעָ֨ה So there were four ’ar·bā·‘āh שֻׁלְחָנ֜וֹת tables šul·ḥā·nō·wṯ מִפֹּ֗ה inside mip·pōh הַשָּׁ֑עַר the gateway haš·šā·‘ar וְאַרְבָּעָ֧ה and four wə·’ar·bā·‘āh שֻׁלְחָנ֛וֹת šul·ḥā·nō·wṯ מִפֹּ֖ה outside mip·pōh לְכֶ֣תֶף — lə·ḵe·ṯep̄ שְׁמוֹנָ֥ה eight šə·mō·w·nāh שֻׁלְחָנ֖וֹת tables šul·ḥā·nō·wṯ אֲלֵיהֶ֥ם in all — ’ă·lê·hem יִשְׁחָֽטוּ׃ on which the sacrifices were to be slaughtered . yiš·ḥā·ṭū Ezekiel 40:42 וְאַרְבָּעָה֩ There were also four wə·’ar·bā·‘āh
