אֶת־ - ’eṯ- שׁוֹמֵ֣ר preserves šō·w·mêr כָּל־ all kāl- אֹהֲבָ֑יו who love Him , ’ō·hă·ḇāw וְאֵ֖ת but wə·’êṯ כָּל־ all kāl- הָרְשָׁעִ֣ים the wicked hā·rə·šā·‘îm יַשְׁמִֽיד׃ He will destroy . yaš·mîḏ Psalm 145:21 פִּ֥י My mouth pî יְֽדַבֶּ֫ר־ will declare yə·ḏab·ber- תְּהִלַּ֥ת the praise tə·hil·laṯ יְהוָ֗ה of YHWH ; Yah·weh כָּל־ let every kāl- בָּ֭שָׂר creature bā·śār וִיבָרֵ֣ךְ bless wî·ḇā·rêḵ קָדְשׁ֗וֹ His holy qā·ḏə·šōw שֵׁ֥ם name šêm לְעוֹלָ֥ם forever lə·‘ō·w·lām וָעֶֽד׃ and ever . wā·‘eḏ Psalm 146:1 הַֽלְלוּ־ Hallelujah hal·lū- יָ֡הּ . . . ! yāh הַלְלִ֥י Praise hal·lî יְהוָֽה׃ YHWH , Yah·weh נַ֝פְשִׁ֗י O my soul nap̄·šî אֶת־ - . ’eṯ- Psalm 146:2 אֲהַלְלָ֣ה I will praise ’ă·hal·lāh יְהוָ֣ה YHWH Yah·weh בְּחַיָּ֑י all my life ; bə·ḥay·yāy אֲזַמְּרָ֖ה I will sing praises ’ă·zam·mə·rāh לֵֽאלֹהַ֣י to my God lê·lō·hay בְּעוֹדִֽי׃ while I have my being . bə·‘ō·w·ḏî Psalm 146:3 אַל־ Put not ’al- תִּבְטְח֥וּ your trust tiḇ·ṭə·ḥū בִנְדִיבִ֑ים in princes , ḇin·ḏî·ḇîm בְּבֶן־ in mortal bə·ḇen- אָדָ֓ם׀ man , ’ā·ḏām שֶׁ֤אֵֽין who cannot še·’ên ל֥וֹ lōw תְשׁוּעָֽה׃ save . ṯə·šū·‘āh Psalm 146:4 ר֭וּחוֹ When his spirit rū·ḥōw תֵּצֵ֣א departs , tê·ṣê יָשֻׁ֣ב he returns yā·šuḇ לְאַדְמָת֑וֹ to the ground ; lə·’aḏ·mā·ṯōw הַ֝ה֗וּא on that ha·hū בַּיּ֥וֹם very day bay·yō·wm עֶשְׁתֹּנֹתָֽיו׃ his plans ‘eš·tō·nō·ṯāw אָבְד֥וּ perish . ’ā·ḇə·ḏū Psalm 146:5 אַשְׁרֵ֗י Blessed is he ’aš·rê בְּעֶזְר֑וֹ whose help bə·‘ez·rōw שֶׁ֤אֵ֣ל is the God še·’êl יַעֲקֹ֣ב of Jacob , ya·‘ă·qōḇ שִׂ֝בְר֗וֹ whose hope ḇə·rōw עַל־ is in ‘al- יְהוָ֥ה YHWH Yah·weh אֱלֹהָֽיו׃ his God , ’ĕ·lō·hāw Psalm 146:6 עֹשֶׂ֤ה׀ the Maker ‘ō·śeh שָׁ֘מַ֤יִם of heaven šā·ma·yim וָאָ֗רֶץ and earth , wā·’ā·reṣ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַיָּ֥ם the sea , hay·yām וְאֶת־ - wə·’eṯ- כָּל־ and everything kāl- אֲשֶׁר־ - ’ă·šer- בָּ֑ם in them . bām הַשֹּׁמֵ֖ר He remains haš·šō·mêr אֱמֶ֣ת faithful ’ĕ·meṯ לְעוֹלָֽם׃ forever . lə·‘ō·w·lām Psalm 146:7 עֹשֶׂ֤ה He executes ‘ō·śeh מִשְׁפָּ֨ט׀ justice miš·pāṭ לָעֲשׁוּקִ֗ים for the oppressed lā·‘ă·šū·qîm נֹתֵ֣ן [and] gives nō·ṯên לֶ֭חֶם food le·ḥem לָרְעֵבִ֑ים to the hungry . lā·rə·‘ê·ḇîm יְ֝הוָ֗ה YHWH Yah·weh מַתִּ֥יר sets mat·tîr אֲסוּרִֽים׃ the prisoners {free} , ’ă·sū·rîm
