1 Kings 22:7 יְה֣וֹשָׁפָ֔ט But Jehoshaphat yə·hō·wō·šā·p̄āṭ וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ asked , way·yō·mer הַאֵ֨ין “ Is [there] not ha·’ên ע֑וֹד still ‘ō·wḏ נָבִ֛יא a prophet nā·ḇî לַיהוָ֖ה of YHWH Yah·weh פֹּ֥ה here pōh וְנִדְרְשָׁ֖ה of whom we can inquire wə·niḏ·rə·šāh מֵאוֹתֽוֹ׃ - ? ” mê·’ō·w·ṯōw 1 Kings 22:8 מֶֽלֶךְ־ The king me·leḵ- יִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל׀ of Israel yiś·rā·’êl וַיֹּ֣אמֶר answered way·yō·mer אֶֽל־ ’el- יְהוֹשָׁפָ֡ט - , yə·hō·wō·šā·p̄āṭ ע֣וֹד “ There is still ‘ō·wḏ אֶחָ֡ד one ’e·ḥāḏ אִישׁ־ man ’îš- לִדְרֹשׁ֩ who can ask liḏ·rōš אֶת־ - ’eṯ- יְהוָ֨ה YHWH , Yah·weh מֵאֹת֜וֹ - mê·’ō·ṯōw וַאֲנִ֣י but I wa·’ă·nî שְׂנֵאתִ֗יו hate him śə·nê·ṯîw כִּ֠י because kî לֹֽא־ he never lō- יִתְנַבֵּ֨א prophesies yiṯ·nab·bê טוֹב֙ anything good ṭō·wḇ עָלַ֥י for me , ‘ā·lay כִּ֣י kî אִם־ but only ’im- רָ֔ע bad . rā‘ מִיכָ֖יְהוּ He is Micaiah mî·ḵā·yə·hū בֶּן־ son ben- יִמְלָ֑ה of Imlah . ” yim·lāh הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ “ The king ham·me·leḵ אַל־ should not ’al- וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ say way·yō·mer כֵּֽן׃ that ! ” kên יְה֣וֹשָׁפָ֔ט Jehoshaphat yə·hō·wō·šā·p̄āṭ יֹאמַ֥ר replied . yō·mar 1 Kings 22:9 מֶ֣לֶךְ So the king me·leḵ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl אֶל־ . . . ’el- וַיִּקְרָא֙ called way·yiq·rā אֶחָ֑ד one ’e·ḥāḏ סָרִ֖יס of his officials sā·rîs וַיֹּ֕אמֶר and said , way·yō·mer מַהֲרָ֖ה “ Bring ma·hă·rāh מִיכָ֥יְהוּ Micaiah mî·ḵā·yə·hū בֶן־ son ḇen- יִמְלָֽה׃ of Imlah {at once} . ” yim·lāh 1 Kings 22:10 מְלֻבָּשִׁ֤ים Dressed mə·lub·bā·šîm בְּגָדִים֙ in royal attire , bə·ḡā·ḏîm וּמֶ֣לֶךְ the king ū·me·leḵ יִשְׂרָאֵ֡ל of Israel yiś·rā·’êl וִֽיהוֹשָׁפָ֣ט and Jehoshaphat wî·hō·wō·šā·p̄āṭ מֶֽלֶךְ־ king me·leḵ- יְהוּדָ֡ה of Judah yə·hū·ḏāh אִ֨ישׁ vvv ’îš יֹשְׁבִים֩ were sitting yō·šə·ḇîm עַל־ on ‘al- כִּסְא֜וֹ their thrones kis·’ōw בְּגֹ֔רֶן at the threshing floor bə·ḡō·ren פֶּ֖תַח by the entrance pe·ṯaḥ שַׁ֣עַר of the gate ša·‘ar שֹׁמְר֑וֹן of Samaria , šō·mə·rō·wn וְכָ֨ל־ with all wə·ḵāl הַנְּבִיאִ֔ים the prophets han·nə·ḇî·’îm מִֽתְנַבְּאִ֖ים prophesying miṯ·nab·bə·’îm לִפְנֵיהֶֽם׃ before them . lip̄·nê·hem 1 Kings 22:11 צִדְקִיָּ֥ה Now Zedekiah ṣiḏ·qî·yāh בֶֽן־ son ḇen- כְּנַעֲנָ֖ה of Chenaanah kə·na·‘ă·nāh וַיַּ֥עַשׂ had made way·ya·‘aś ל֛וֹ for himself lōw בַרְזֶ֑ל iron ḇar·zel קַרְנֵ֣י horns qar·nê וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ and declared , way·yō·mer כֹּֽה־ “ This is what kōh- יְהוָ֔ה YHWH Yah·weh אָמַ֣ר says : ’ā·mar בְּאֵ֛לֶּה ‘ With these bə·’êl·leh תְּנַגַּ֥ח you shall gore tə·nag·gaḥ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- אֲרָ֖ם the Arameans ’ă·rām עַד־ until ‘aḏ- כַּלֹּתָֽם׃ they are finished off . ’” kal·lō·ṯām
