צַלְעוֹ֙ side ṣal·‘ōw וּשְׁתֵּי֙ and two ū·šə·tê טַבָּע֔וֹת - ṭab·bā·‘ō·wṯ עַל־ on ‘al- הַשֵּׁנִֽית׃ the other haš·šê·nîṯ צַלְע֖וֹ - . ṣal·‘ōw Exodus 37:4 וַיַּ֥עַשׂ Then he made way·ya·‘aś בַּדֵּ֖י poles bad·dê שִׁטִּ֑ים of acacia šiṭ·ṭîm עֲצֵ֣י wood ‘ă·ṣê וַיְצַ֥ף and overlaid way·ṣap̄ אֹתָ֖ם them ’ō·ṯām זָהָֽב׃ with gold . zā·hāḇ Exodus 37:5 וַיָּבֵ֤א He inserted way·yā·ḇê אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַבַּדִּים֙ the poles hab·bad·dîm בַּטַּבָּעֹ֔ת into the rings baṭ·ṭab·bā·‘ōṯ עַ֖ל on ‘al צַלְעֹ֣ת the sides ṣal·‘ōṯ הָאָרֹ֑ן of the ark hā·’ā·rōn לָשֵׂ֖את in order to carry lā·śêṯ אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הָאָרֹֽן׃ [it] . hā·’ā·rōn Exodus 37:6 וַיַּ֥עַשׂ He constructed way·ya·‘aś כַּפֹּ֖רֶת a mercy seat kap·pō·reṯ טָה֑וֹר of pure ṭā·hō·wr זָהָ֣ב gold , zā·hāḇ אַמָּתַ֤יִם two ’am·mā·ṯa·yim וָחֵ֙צִי֙ and a half cubits wā·ḥê·ṣî אָרְכָּ֔הּ long ’ā·rə·kāh וְאַמָּ֥ה and a cubit wə·’am·māh וָחֵ֖צִי and a half wā·ḥê·ṣî רָחְבָּֽהּ׃ wide . rā·ḥə·bāh Exodus 37:7 וַיַּ֛עַשׂ He made way·ya·‘aś שְׁנֵ֥י two šə·nê כְרֻבִ֖ים cherubim ḵə·ru·ḇîm עָשָׂ֣ה - ‘ā·śāh אֹתָ֔ם - ’ō·ṯām מִקְשָׁה֙ of hammered miq·šāh זָהָ֑ב gold zā·hāḇ מִשְּׁנֵ֖י [at the] miš·šə·nê קְצ֥וֹת ends qə·ṣō·wṯ הַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃ of the mercy seat , hak·kap·pō·reṯ Exodus 37:8 אֶחָ֤ד one ’e·ḥāḏ כְּרוּב־ cherub kə·rūḇ- מִזֶּ֔ה on one miz·zeh מִקָּצָה֙ end miq·qā·ṣāh אֶחָ֥ד and one ’e·ḥāḏ וּכְרוּב־ - ū·ḵə·rūḇ- מִזֶּ֑ה on the other miz·zeh מִקָּצָ֖ה - miq·qā·ṣāh מִן־ - min- הַכַּפֹּ֛רֶת - , hak·kap·pō·reṯ עָשָׂ֥ה [all] made ‘ā·śāh אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַכְּרֻבִ֖ים hak·kə·ru·ḇîm מִשְּׁנֵ֥י - miš·šə·nê קִצְווֹתוֹ׃ [from one piece of gold] . qiṣ·wō·ṯō Exodus 37:9 וַיִּהְי֣וּ - way·yih·yū הַכְּרֻבִים֩ And the cherubim hak·kə·ru·ḇîm כְנָפַ֜יִם had wings ḵə·nā·p̄a·yim פֹּרְשֵׂ֨י that spread pō·rə·śê לְמַ֗עְלָה upward , lə·ma‘·lāh סֹֽכְכִ֤ים overshadowing sō·ḵə·ḵîm הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת the mercy seat hak·kap·pō·reṯ בְּכַנְפֵיהֶם֙ - bə·ḵan·p̄ê·hem עַל־ - . ‘al- וּפְנֵיהֶ֖ם [The cherubim] faced ū·p̄ə·nê·hem אִ֣ישׁ each ’îš אֶל־ ’el- אָחִ֑יו other , ’ā·ḥîw אֶל־ looking toward ’el- פְּנֵ֥י - pə·nê הַכְּרֻבִֽים׃פ - hak·kə·ru·ḇîm הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת the mercy seat . hak·kap·pō·reṯ הָי֖וּ . . . hā·yū Exodus 37:10 וַיַּ֥עַשׂ He also made way·ya·‘aś אֶת־ - ’eṯ- הַשֻּׁלְחָ֖ן the table haš·šul·ḥān
