1 Chronicles 8:40 בְנֵי־ The sons ḇə·nê- א֠וּלָם of Ulam ’ū·lām וַֽיִּהְי֣וּ were way·yih·yū גִּבֹּרֵי־ mighty gib·bō·rê- אֲנָשִׁ֨ים men ’ă·nā·šîm חַ֜יִל of valor , ḥa·yil דֹּ֣רְכֵי archers dō·rə·ḵê קֶ֗שֶׁת . . . , qe·šeṯ וּמַרְבִּ֤ים and they had many ū·mar·bîm בָּנִים֙ sons bā·nîm וּבְנֵ֣י and grandsons ū·ḇə·nê בָנִ֔ים . . . — ḇā·nîm מֵאָ֖ה 150 [in all] mê·’āh וַחֲמִשִּׁ֑ים . . . . wa·ḥă·miš·šîm כָּל־ All kāl- אֵ֖לֶּה these ’êl·leh מִבְּנֵ֥י [were] the descendants mib·bə·nê בִנְיָמִֽן׃פ of Benjamin . ḇin·yā·min 1 Chronicles 9:1 וְכָל־ So all wə·ḵāl יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ Israel yiś·rā·’êl הִתְיַחְשׂ֔וּ was recorded in the genealogies hiṯ·yaḥ·śū וְהִנָּ֣ם . . . wə·hin·nām כְּתוּבִ֔ים written kə·ṯū·ḇîm עַל־ in ‘al- סֵ֖פֶר the Book sê·p̄er מַלְכֵ֣י of the Kings mal·ḵê יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל of Israel . yiś·rā·’êl וִיהוּדָ֛ה But Judah wî·hū·ḏāh הָגְל֥וּ was exiled hā·ḡə·lū לְבָבֶ֖ל to Babylon lə·ḇā·ḇel בְּמַעֲלָֽם׃ס because of their unfaithfulness . bə·ma·‘ă·lām 1 Chronicles 9:2 הָרִ֣אשֹׁנִ֔ים Now the first hā·ri·šō·nîm אֲשֶׁ֥ר - ’ă·šer וְהַיּוֹשְׁבִים֙ to resettle wə·hay·yō·wō·šə·ḇîm בַּאֲחֻזָּתָ֖ם their own property ba·’ă·ḥuz·zā·ṯām בְּעָרֵיהֶ֑ם in their cities bə·‘ā·rê·hem יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ were Israelites , yiś·rā·’êl הַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים priests , hak·kō·hă·nîm הַלְוִיִּ֖ם Levites , hal·wî·yim וְהַנְּתִינִֽים׃ and temple servants . wə·han·nə·ṯî·nîm 1 Chronicles 9:3 מִן־ These were some min- בְּנֵ֥י of the descendants bə·nê יְהוּדָ֖ה of Judah , yə·hū·ḏāh וּמִן־ . . . ū·min- בְּנֵ֣י . . . bə·nê בִנְיָמִ֑ן Benjamin , ḇin·yā·min וּמִן־ . . . ū·min- בְּנֵ֥י . . . bə·nê אֶפְרַ֖יִם Ephraim , ’ep̄·ra·yim וּמְנַשֶּֽׁה׃ and Manasseh ū·mə·naš·šeh יָשְׁב֔וּ who lived yā·šə·ḇū וּבִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ in Jerusalem : ū·ḇî·rū·šā·lim 1 Chronicles 9:4 עוּתַ֨י Uthai ‘ū·ṯay בֶּן־ son ben- עַמִּיה֤וּד of Ammihud , ‘am·mî·hūḏ בֶּן־ the son ben- עָמְרִי֙ of Omri , ‘ā·mə·rî בֶּן־ the son ben- אִמְרִ֣י of Imri , ’im·rî בֶן־ the son ḇen- בָּנִימִן־ bå̄·nī·min- בְּנֵי־ of Bani , bə·nê- בֶּן־ a descendant ben- פֶ֖רֶץ of Perez p̄e·reṣ יְהוּדָֽה׃ son of Judah . yə·hū·ḏāh 1 Chronicles 9:5 וּמִן־ From ū·min- הַשִּׁ֣ילוֹנִ֔י the Shilonites : haš·šî·lō·w·nî עֲשָׂיָ֥ה Asaiah ‘ă·śā·yāh הַבְּכ֖וֹר the firstborn hab·bə·ḵō·wr וּבָנָֽיו׃ and his sons . ū·ḇā·nāw 1 Chronicles 9:6 וּמִן־ From ū·min- בְּנֵי־ vvv bə·nê- זֶ֖רַח the Zerahites : ze·raḥ יְעוּאֵ֑ל Jeuel yə·‘ū·’êl שֵׁשׁ־ and 690 šêš- מֵא֥וֹת . . . mê·’ō·wṯ וְתִשְׁעִֽים׃ . . . wə·ṯiš·‘îm וַאֲחֵיהֶ֖ם relatives . wa·’ă·ḥê·hem 1 Chronicles 9:7 וּמִן־ From ū·min-
